    2015 SBR Fantasy Football League

    The 2015 SBR Fantasy Football League will be hosted by Yahoo with the live draft being held Thursday night, August 27th at 9:00 ET and will last 16 rounds. This will be a 12-team league with a buy-in of 1000 Betpoints, and SBR is adding 3000 points to this pot also, bringing the total pool to 15,000 Betpoints! The first 11 SBR members to send me 1000 points via the “Give Points” button below will receive the Yahoo Invite link via PM. Please remember to make your SBR handle obvious when you name your team at Yahoo so that we know who everybody is. The drafting order will randomized as soon as the team list is finalized and the draft will be the standard snake format. You will have 90 seconds for each draft pick. Also note that this league has unlimited transactions, but the trading deadline is November 13th, 2015.

    There will be two six-team divisions and the regular season will last 13 weeks. There will be six playoff teams, but only the Final 4 will get season points. The top two seeds will get first round byes and thus be assured of being in the Final 4. The other four playoff teams will be seeded 3 through 6, and while division winners are assured of making the playoffs, all seeding will be based on overall records regardless of division. In Week 14, the 3-seed will face the 6-seed and the 4-seed will face the 5-seed. In Week 15, the 1-seed will face the lowest remaining seed and the 2-seed will face the other Week 14 winner. The SBR Super Bowl will be in Week 16 and NFL Week 17 will be ignored.

    The Champion gets 7500 Betpoints, the Championship loser gets 2500 Betpoints and the two semifinal losers each get 1250 Betpoints. Additionally, beginning with Week 9 and ending with the final week of the regular season in Week 13, the high scorers for each week will get 500 points (with ties split evenly).

    Here are all the rules, with some highlights being that only 4 points are awarded for touchdown passes, this is a PPR league that gives 1 point per reception and kick return touchdown points are awarded to BOTH the defense/special team and the player: Also we have added fractional scoring this year and have expanded the roster size from 15 to 16.

    Wide Receiver (WR) 2
    Tight End (TE) 1

    Place Kicker (K) 1

    There are no limitations on what positions you draft, just make sure that you make the appropriate moves each week to field a valid starting lineup.

    Passing Yards 1 point per 20 yards
    Passing Touchdowns 4

    Rushing Yards 1 point per 10 yards
    Rushing Touchdowns 6
    Receptions 1
    Reception Yards 1 point per 10 yards
    Reception Touchdowns 6
    2-Point Conversions (pass, run, reception, fumble recovery in end zone or reverse two-point return) 2

    Offensive Fumble Recovery TD 6
    Kick Return TD 6

    Field Goals 0-39 Yards 3
    Field Goals 40-49 Yards 4
    Field Goals 50+ Yards 5

    Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns 6
    Points Allowed 0 points 10
    Points Allowed 1-6 points 6
    Points Allowed 7-13 points 3
    Points Allowed 35+ points -5

    Playoff Tiebreakers:

    Division Leader
    If two or more teams tie for the lead in a division, the following tiebreakers will be used to determine the division winner.

    1. Division winning percentage.
    2. Total fantasy points (season total).
    3. Fantasy points scored in last week's matchup.
    4. Fantasy points scored in the matchup two weeks prior.
    5. The comparison continues until the tie is broken or no more weeks remain to compare. At that time, a coin flip will settle the tie.

    Please note:
    Teams must have identical winning percentages to be considered tied in the standings.
    A team with an 8-4-1 (.654) record will be seeded ahead of a team with an 8-5 (.615) record. A team with an 8-6 (.571) record WILL be tied with a team with a 6-4-4 (.571) record.

    If three or more teams tie for a division lead, once the division winner is determined, all other teams involved in the tie are then seeded using the wild-card tiebreaking criteria.

    Division winning percentage is determined in the same way as overall winning percentage, except it only includes games against division opponents.

    Wild Card
    If two or more teams tie for a wild-card position, the following tiebreakers will be used to determine the standings

    1. Total fantasy points (season total).
    2. Fantasy points scored in last week's matchup.
    3 Fantasy points scored in the matchup two weeks prior.

    The people who want to play, but didn't sit there for 15 mins refreshing because the thread was posted 8 minutes after 4 (when the thread before made it sound like it would be 4 on the button), have to wait an entire week for the thread to be posted for the 2nd league, which will then fill up within 90 seconds again?

    Wow.. I'm about to just create my own league, ask people for 1250 entry fee and call it a day.

    Guys STOP sending points. I will go ahead and reserve runner5k and 2 other guys that said they would send points later today but would not be around at 4:00 ET because they had normal jobs. If those two send today, it would only leave 4 spots open for League II to be filled next week. Thus no one else besides me is allowed to be in both leagues.
