    Darren McFadden to the Cowboys

This does not mean Dallas won't upgrade RB in the draft.

He has a chance to do damage with a strong O line.

Wish him luck as a Raiders fan.

Got him for $200k guaranteed. This could actually turn into a really good move.

Still going to get another RB in the draft.

    Bear just quit.
You cannot compare murray and mcfadden contracts. You dipshit.

Name one? You cant be seriouS. T Rich.

    Mcfadden career Start averages (63):
    16.47 attempts
    67 ypg
    .4 TDs
    yards per attempt= 4.068
    Td per attempt= .024

    Murray carrer start avgs (47):
    19.8 attempts
    96 ypg
    .59 TDs
    yards per att= 4.848
    TD per attempt= .029

The last 2 stats are most important when comparing guys with such a diff in workload... and there isnt a big difference. Also consider how terrible of a team d mac has been on, with a change in coaching multiple times, and changes in blocking schemes.

This is a risk worth taking for dallas.

Mcfaddens a breakaway type runner but never was on a good team… Murray was very lucky to have a great offense of line and Des Bryant

    😂😄😱😄

Great move for a guy who couldn't even find carries on the Raiders. Randle is better than this guy.

But of course he will magically be great because of that OL.

    whats your point?

so teams just add scrubs if they are cheap?

i thought the goal was to win football games...no?

I just find it humorous. Everyone loves Dallas all of a sudden with anything they do - like not upgrading a terrible defense, oh wait.

Add first round draft picks who provide only upside with no risk.

This is the best RB draft in years. It's safe to say McFadden is a cheap insurance policy.

I've read he changed a lot of things before the last season. Diet, doing many things to take care of his body... All of that resulted in first healthy season. 16 games played, without injury.
This is a guy who could never play up to his full potential with my beloved Raiders. Bad team, with poor run blocking more often then not and no passing game, to keep the defenses honest.
I can't wait to see him with the Cowboys. With good run blocking, like they had last year, he could be deadly. Once he gets into second level, he is difficult to stop, because of the combination of speed and size/strenght/ability to break tackle.
Wishing him all the best. He deserved some luck, being a great pro as a Raider.

Lot of talent for cheap price in NFL dollars. Still think they should make run for AP. Romo won't play full season so finding a qb to fill in for him is important since Weeden sucks.

He may not beat out Ryan Williams from the practice squad. The former 2nd round pick is only 24. Just had some horrible injuries in Arizona. Cowboys really like him. Still think they want to draft a RB in the 1st or 2nd round.

Not a big cowboy fan, but I think they are doing the right thing here. Stat I heard today (not sure if correct or not), but since 1990 there were 6 other RB's to carry the ball 390 times or more. None of these 6 gained 1000 yds the following year. I think Demarco can, but the odds of repeating his numbers from last year are low.

I hoped that we will keep him, now when we're turning things around. He deserved a winning season (and a PO) as a Raider.

I agree that Raider nation is the best, but I'd say fans of other teams also wish nothing but best to those players, who took a lot of pride in representing their colors.

Murray was injured every season he was in Dallas & the Eagles other big signing was the often injured Sam Bradford. As Chad Ocho Cinco would say..."Child Please"
