The league is a joke and they enforce rules at their whim. Half the time, the so-called expert officials in the booth aren't even on the same page as the officials on the field. Case in point: I just witnessed the Colts muff a punt that was ruled a fumble and Broncos recovery on the field. The booth expert agreed and it appeared to be Broncos ball at midfield. Then the call gets overturned on account of the fact that the player "had possession and was down by contact." LMAO... there's no rhyme or reason to these bullshit calls. Put the two plays (Dez's and this one) side by side and tell me who's catch was more clear cut.

    I agree wholeheartedly Eddy Munny.

People like to make jokes about there being a phone to Vegas casinos in the video review booth. One day it might be discovered that there is some shenanigans going on but people won't be laughing. I'm not surprised though, when money is involved so is corruption. There is no accountability, they answer to nobody, so they do what they please.

So what? Did he possess the ball through the process of the catch to render it a completion? Nope. The punt returner is subject to the same rules, regarding a catch, as a wide receiver. The "expert" official agreed. Does your opinion trump an expert official's?

If you wanna play the "knee was down" card, one could make the same argument on behalf of Dez Bryant's catch. If you watch the replay in slow motion, his thigh/knee hit the ground a fraction of a second before the ball does. Furthermore, he made a move conducive to the game of football that cannot even be debated, whereas Cribbs did not.

This rule needs to go, its that terrible. Watch the Calvin Johnson play, its not even close to todays play. Johnson never took a step. Bryant took 2 maybe 3 steps and reached with the ball

Plus, review is supposed to be "indisputable" to be overturned. It certainly wasnt indisputable.
