Best Play Tonight is Broncos/49ers to Go Over 48

49ers are not going to be able to walk into Denver and line up and run the ball per the usual gameplan. They've heard about this Peyton Manning fella and realize that the only way to win will be to match blows, round for round.

The good news is that S.F. does have the weapons to put up some points, with a wide array of receiving options, as well as Kaepernick's ability to escape pressure and make plays with his feet.

The injuries continue mounting on the defensive side of the ball for the 49ers. In addition to Aldon Smith and Navarro Bowman's absence, they will now have to endure a gaping hole in the middle with Patrick Willis sidelined, as well as Chris Culliver in the secondary.

Peyton will find plenty of time in the pocket and be able to pick apart a secondary that cannot keep up with Denver's WR corps, especially down a starting corner. This will force the Niners to play with their foot on the gas, resulting in a game that goes Over the posted 48.

Thank you, I'm hoping for a fast start in tonight's game. The worst feeling is seeing the first quarter come to an end in a 3-3 tie or something like that, and having to cram a boatload of points into the final three quarters. I have a good feeling about this game. I think we're "due" for an easy Over tonight, for what it's worth. Lot of games played to the Under today... time to see some seesaw action.

I think they can, and will. Their offense showed some life last week and Kaepernick looked sharp throwing the ball. If Vernon can actually hang onto the ball this week, it will help immensely.

Oh, I even forgot to mention Jimmie Ward is out for the 49ers as well. That probably wouldn't make that much of a difference most weeks, but against the Broncos, who spread you thin on the back end of your defense, it could be a factor.

    Oh, and I almost forgot.
Best of luck, you are going to need 14 or more Niner points, but I wish you well on what looks like to be a good wager.

Why wouldn't the Niners be able to muster 14 points? That's not asking a whole lot, especially when they may find themselves in pass mode sooner than later.

Ugh... Needed a touchdown there, c'mon Boldin. Points on the board at least.

Broncs have scored now in the first quarter and the second quarter.
That prop bet is looking mighty good right now.

Good luck to ya Nash... Over 48 looking solid now too, thanks to the late TD from S.F.

Solid analysis Eddy. I had the over at 47.5 and Denver -7.5 as the last 2 of my 6 pick parlay today. Read through your post and ultimately decided to let it ride without hedging. I think the biggest deciding factor was the SF defensive injuries.

    Cheers Man!

The only thing I'd be slightly worried about, is if the Broncos shut it down come fourth quarter with such a big lead. But I imagine they'd get a field goal at the very least. Good luck.
