    Seattle @ St. Louis UNDER 44, -110

The St. Louis Rams and the Seattle Seahawks face off on Sunday in St. Louis in a NFC West NFL matchup. The St. Louis Rams are a disappointing 1-4 for the season after a series of bad losses. The Rams can’t seem to put it together for a full game so while they have a roster loaded with high draft picks it hasn’t added up to wins.

The Seattle Seahawks are 3-2 for the season as the defending Super Bowl Champs have a target on their back every week. Seattle is without their playmaker Percy Harvin, who was traded the the NYJ this week which will hurt their explosiveness at the wide receiver position and on special teams. Seattle's defense hasn't played up to their expectations this year thus far but today against the Rams they should start to turn the corner.

The under is 2ov-8un in the last 10 meetings between these two teams but 0ov-10un the current number. In the last 10 meetings the total has only landed in the 40's twice (40, 44). In St. Louis in this series the total is 0ov-5un the last 5 years with a average total score of 30, with the highest being 44. St. Louis has seen their last 3 games go over the total but that was against 3 prolific offensive teams (SF, Phi, Dall). Both teams rank near the bottom for YPP on offense thus far this season it shouldn't improve today. Seattle will lean more on the running game today with Lynch and St. Louis will nickel and dime their way down the field. Barring any special teams or defensive touchdowns the under is one of the best plays on the board in the early games.
