    Elvis Grbac is the answer to the trivia question though. Grbac succeeded Dilfer on the 2001 Ravens team and took them to the playoffs and a playoff win before being cut by them the following offseason. It's maybe happened other times, I just stopped looking when I found one example.

    As per reports out of Dallas, looks like the Cowboys are interested in signing Michael Sam to their practice squad. Maybe the game plan is to get Sam close enough to the cheerleaders to turn him straight.
