And in real news there have been guys cut who have actually done something in the Nfl and future hof's, pro bowlers like the Saints cutting Bailey and Meachum! Stories about Sam jerseys being the highest sellers I find VERY hard to believe. The #'s must have been skewed somehow to come up with that horseshit. The guy who got the roster spot over him was a no-brainer and even Sam knew he had no shot of making the team. Can't think of the guys name right now but not only did he play every line position while Sam only plays 1, but he also plays special teams, in which Sam doesn't. Sam is Not good enough to hold a roster spot for one position. Rams gave him an honest chance here, and some team may pick him up because of his preseason sacks, even though it doesn't mean shit sacking a guy against 4th stringers. Everyone wins here really. Tebow got cut because he can't play QB in the pros and refused to shift to another position where maybe his athletic talent could have been used better. No one gave two shits about the distractions when he was helping Denver win. As soon as the gimmick offense was contained and he became useless as a QB, that's when he got cut.
