Bridgewater. Some people keep saying Manziel or even Bortles, but Bridgewater has the fewest question marks.

Maybe most talented, but safest? Nothing safe about drafting unmotivated talent, ask Jamarcus Russell.

Manziel is going to be a total bust in the NFL.

He isn't unmotivated and its much better than drafting the next Ryan Leaf.

i cant say ive sat and watched every snap of clowneys....but to be fair....that label of taking plays off....not going hard on every play....is one that gets passed around on alot of DE's.....they were saying similar things about julius peppers and mario williams....alot of these guys suffer from bouts of being unproductive.....

A lot of guys take plays off when they get double and triple teamed. Clowney will be a beast.

Who are you saying is the next Ryan Leaf? Manziel? I seriously doubt Manziel is going #1 overall.

Clowney......He was dinged up most of last year and did take a few plays here and there off.....bit overall, he went hard and made a huge difference 95%.....He's a good teammate and definitely showed up every time in big games, but it was almost like he would get bored sometimes against the inferior opponents.....He's not nearly as big a risk as some people would like you to believe, especially if he's with JJ Watt

His freshman and sophomore years he was unbelievable and don't see why that wouldn't be the real Clowney going forward

I wish there were odds on if Clowney will make the pro bowl/all-pro within 2 or 3 years....could prob get decent odds with all of the ignorance out there

Take your pick.... Manziel, Bortles, Carr, Bridgewater....... They all have the capability of being Ryan Leaf, but none of them have the capability of Peyon Manning. That's why Clowney is the best pick on the board if you want an immediate impact player who will be there for 10 years. Couple that with playing opposite Watt and he's going to see a lot of one-on-one.

The answer is Blake Bortles, not because he deserves it but because O'Brien loves him. Try to find a book offering NFL Draft futures and see if you can get nice odds on him.

None of these guys is going to be the next Leaf. One of these guys is going to have a better playoff % than Peyton.

Awesome a 25% chance of picking a good qb or a 100% chance of picking the best player in the draft.

You fail at math. There's no 100% in the NFL draft. Your "25%" is just silly.

Obrien doesn't "love" bortles at all. Thatsa just some dumb media shit they made up because they assume he likes "big strong armed" dropback qbs because he worked with cassel brady and that other clown at psu . Maybe he does go first but its not like this is clear as day or anything. And it isn't up to bill obrien, that's what GMs are for.

And teddy being criminally underrated. I think we see manziel slide a bit as well.

That is why I said look for a book offering good odds, because the chance of Bortles going #1 could be a lot better than the odds offered. Just the fact that he is even a strong consideration is even a big change from a month ago.
