    The refs royally screwed up that sequence. First that was no catch since he didn't control the ball till the ground. Second he was out of bounds so the clock should've stopped. Third once they reviewed it, the Dalton spike technically didn't happen, but their lined up in formation for the field goal with the clock stopped??

    First, did you not listen to the ref? his forward progress was deemed to have been stopped before he went out of bounds, therefore, the clock keeps running and the play is over before he goes to the ground.

    As far as the review call. The decision would have been initiated before the snap and spike, so at like :04. And even if that happens the clock doesnt start till the ref steps away from the line and winds the clock and four or even two seconds is enough time to snap the ball.
