    New Orleans +6.5 over Seattle

I realize Seattle's home field advantage is huge, but we need to factor in a few things tonight.

Drew Brees in on a whole different Hall of Fame level on the Monday Night, bright lights, high profile stage.
Brees and his Saints have won nine straight Monday nighters.
In those nine games, Brees has thrown 28 TD's, over 3600 yards, (do the math) and an off the charts passing rating of 124.

Here's the fun part, Seahawk corners Thurmond is out due to suspension, Browner is out with a bad groin (ouch)

Throw in the fact Seattle has played Junior Varsity teams for the last month, the Saints are going to look like the '85 Bears tonight.

Several ways I can play this, Saint's first half +3 even, Saints 6.5 -110, Saints money line +235, selected Brees passing props and over 47.5

Saints 2* first half, Saints 2* game , Saints 1* money line are my plays.

Best of luck on all your wagers fellas

    of those 9 straight..

how many of those were on the road?

tough to take the Saints here when they cant even beat the Jets on the road with Geno Smith playing QB

Don't you think the Seahawks will dominate the trenches ?

    Using your logic.

Tough to back a team that can barely beat the bucs at home..

Yeah I have 1 spot left in a open 6 pt 4t teaser and probably gonna put Saints in spot. Seattle corner situation probably the only reason I go that way. Obviously Saints are scary to back away from thunderdome vs a tough physical defense and weather issues. Couldn't get it done vs that bum Smith and Jets but in this spot and what's possibly at stake in Jan I think they keep it real close at the least. Any word on Sproles?

    Saints
More team sacks than Seahawks, now, Seahawks have the better secondary, with Thurmond and Browner out, Brees will beat those scrub cornerbacks like a rented mule.

Now, I am not saying the Seahawk front five sucks, they don't, and if they do get penetration, Brees has his buddy Mr. Graham as a safety valve, and remember, Thomas out of the backfield has 56 catches for over 400 receiving yards, and hasn't lost a fumble yet. He's a poor mans Matt Forte.

If Brees does get protection all night, the whip is coming down, he'll put up pinball type numbers.
I don't need a stat page to know how good the Seahawk defense is, they are real good, I watch football too, I am not just baseball guy, take away the two Seahawk cornermen, how good are they now?

Easy there fella, I am not saying Seahawks get blown out of their building, I am saying getting a touchdown before the game starts is generous.

No I'm saying hawks get blown out of their building and the crowd is silenced after the first half! Saints win by 10+!

    Richard Sherman is suspended?

I am staying away from this game. Saints are nothing but average on the road. Playing at Seattle won't help that.

I think the saints could have trouble stopping the run, but check these two out and tell me what you think in comparison.

    Mon 12/2 4359 R.Wilson rushing yards over 32½ <input id="editx" name="M1_168" size="4"> -135

I was referring to this post here. You said Thurmond originally then changed it to Sherman. Regardless Sherman is playing at CB and Saints aren't that great on the road is all I need to know not to bet this no matter how it turns out.

I had a brain fart, I kept calling him Thurmond for some reason even though I knew it was Sherman all along.

Kind of like calling somebody you know Bob when his name is Bill

    Seattle wins.

    Suckers on Saints

Saints can't block Seattles front 4.

Struggled with SF will struggle more with Seattle.

    Seattle 27 Saints 17

Although the comparisons look crazy at first, I think there is nothing wrong with them. I can't see Pierre rushing for over 40 unless he gets 25+ on one carry. I don't see Thomas getting more than 10 carries with Seattle dominating the clock and in my opinion dominating the game.

The Saints actually have the best regular-season road record in the NFL since 2009 (22-11) and the second-best road record since 2006 (34-23).

Lynch scores a TD -155 has me feeling bold. Wins if they get to the goal line running (Wilson might vulture 1), capable even on the first drive shoot.

People are making too much of a deal of the Browner loss. First of all, he got hurt a couple weeks ago, and was probably going to be out for the rest of the season anyways. Thurmond was the bigger loss IMO. All reports pointed towards Seattle letting go of Browner at the end of the year anyways, and promoting Thurmond to take over the #2 CB. But Byron Maxwell and Jeremy Lane are both very good CB's, and I think they will fill in fine. Both could start for a handful of NFL teams. Both played a lot near the end of last year when Browner was suspended. I don't think the drop off at CB will be as big as most people think. Doesn't matter, because I highly doubt Brees will do a lot of damage with his WR's. Everyone knows Saints do most of their damage with Graham and then the screen game with Sproles/Thomas.
