On 5dimes, the 7 line was +120/-140 and it always listed 5.5 line as an option at -110/-110. Just now they made the default bet the -110 line.

    Probably happened across the board.

I saw the 5 dimes -7 was +105 a little while back, now it is -5.5 -110. Never saw the +120

A lot of money came in on Carolina money-line. The majority of spread money is on Tampa. The money on the books is out of balance and they know that Carolina is going to win the game.

There is almost always a logical reason for why the line moves the way it does. Most of the time it is because of an imbalance of money. The main goal of any book is to balance the money on both sides and just rake up the juice. In this case with 70% on Carolina ML, there is nothing they can do about that. They know that they will lose money here. The best bet is to level the cash on the spread. Minimize the loss and just hope that Tampa wins.
