I took Carolina for the same reason. Good pass D and they aren't as bad as their record. I see Carolina running the ball a lot to keep the Saints' offense off the field.
saints miss cedric ellis not som1 u wanna b missing against a nasty(at least used 2 b o-line) and great backs. of coarse saints will get theres the ? is can car control clock enough and how many points are they capable of scoring id like my chances of car getting to 17 at least think 20 enough to cover. tru i have to count on saints not getting pik 6 or 2! that only problem in my mind but ill take my chances and the points
The Saints rushing offense is rated above their passing offense. Honestly, I normally would never take a team giving up that many points but I would definitely tease the saints down. Just so you know, there is some sort of sick trend in the NFC South, where the home team is like 21-3 over the last few years. Just think about that. No way Carolina wins this game straight up but they might cover. Delhomme normally plays the Saints pretty well. I think he is 8-2 against them in his career. Personally I think it comes down to if Carolina can establish the run and if Sedrick Ellis was still playing I would say no but since he is out, New Orleans run D is not nearly as strong. I would either tease New Orleans to -3 or it is a no play for me.
Be careful with the Saints today. I can see them being the money maker for books. Possibly on teasers too. The line set at 13 with the 6 pt tease you're looking at 7. Typical line that a bettor throws in a parlay. I see the Saints losing outright(which is crazy to think) or them winning by 3-4 pts.
