When has anyone won @SEA or @NO in the playoffs? Both are unbeaten in their last 5 home playoff games.

We aren't talking about going to GB, ATL, SF, etc. SEA and NO have a decisive advantage at home.

it's easier to see after the fact who are the good home teams. 3 of those 5 playoff games for the saints were decided by 3 points, so it could quite easily be a different story. and go back a little further and they are 5-3 at home...

why would going to new orleans for a playoff game be any harder than going to lambeau in sub-zero temperatures? just a statistical anomaly that the saints are 5-0 in their last 5, nothing even close to total dominance.

They broke a rule of where they can have some 25 year old video production intern stand and point a camera. Doesn’t kick 45 yard field goals in snow storms, doesn’t shut down Peyton’s Colts, doesn’t force turnovers, doesn’t return punts, and smart teams who understood that signals could be stolen with or without a camera routinely changed signals as preventative measure. It’s why virtually all NFL coaches from Bill Cowher to Jimmy Johnson and others have never blown up “spygate” like ESPN and the fans who were left in the Patriots’ wake have over the past decade. Those coaches have vehemently downplayed the significance of what happened and Jimmy Johnson went so far as to admit that he too did the same thing. A guy that won 2 Super Bowls with the Cowboys says he did it and no one cares because you are all too obsessed with the New England Patriots continued greatness. Love it.

if it was no big deal why did the patriots get the largest punishment in the history of the nfl?

what is the patriots playoff record with belicheck before spygate, and after spygate?

Cold weather neutralizes passing. That's why Rodgers and Peyton will get less benefit to being at home in January.

well they did film from the sidelines...which was forbidden.....it would take alot for them to take that footage and put it to use during said game.....but im sure the anti patriots wahoos will have figured out a way for it to work....

so the patriots have lost playoff games...in a perfect world they would win every game they ever played....especially in the age of "parity"......look at some of you people...its as if you really expect the patriots to never lose in the playoffs....no one should even try...i guess thats a testament to the bar that they have set

"New Orleans is the second hardest place to play in the entire league"

that is such a random statement that has no facts to back it up. over a 10-year stretch through 2012 the saints were 45-37 on the road and 46-37 at home, so it must not be as hard as you think if the saints have the same record at home and on the road...

The punishment was because NFL warned the Pats and they did it anyway. NFL front office had it's hands tied.

Belichick is 5-5 since spygate, a record that most NFL franchises would love to have.

its actually funny....today i see, in other places, people still taking digs at the pats

some even going as far as to say "look at solder getting away with a choke hold on the last play....wheres the flag"...blah blah

then i look at this picture and all i think about is how you hear "brady choked...the pats choked hahaha"

heenan, people take digs at every team, that's the nature of fans.

you probably see more digs at the patriots because you are looking at them/for them.

i hear mostly comments about the packers because that is the nature of the milwaukee area...

He needed elite defenses, tuck rules, last second field goals, spygate, etc. to win. Since those things ceased to exist, the Pats have 0 rings, and more losses in the playoffs than wins. New England has been the luckiest team in football this year, and has no business being 5-1. Peyton Manning is a real life wizard, and I just don't see how anyone can not consider him the best ever. He brought a Colts team to the playoffs and 12+ wins almost every season, and he usually had a bad defense. If people were to dig deeper, they'd realize Brady never plays well against elite competition, and although Manning has made some bad plays in the playoffs, he never had the teams or even close to the defense the Pats had. Since spygate he's done absolutely nothing, and I'm sure that a lot of QB's could pull off wins when you've taped your opponents practices and know their EXACT game
You are an absolute idiot and I mean we see a lot of Payton dik riders here but they usually don't go this far. While I agree, this year patriots are not that good and are a bit lucky to be 5-1. I won't get into the Super Bowl debate, there are many other teams who I would pick this year to win than patriots but they are still contenders based on injuries and such.

People keep bringing up spy gate and how because of spygate patriots were good. You guys do know that after spyware they are like 80-24 or something and still have one of the best records. They have won five division titles out of six and have gone to two Super Bowls. Their defense hasn't been great in the past few years either as you claim so.

So what is your point? His record post spygate isn't good enough? Which other team had similar success?

I hate the Patriots as I am a Bills fan but Brady is the best qb of all time IMO and why does everyone talk Ab his elite defenses they had a WR playing Corner..... And why does no one mention Peyton having two Hall of Fame Caliber receivers compared to David Patten and Deon Branch or Troy Brown, Or 70 year old Antwan Smith vs The Edge

and what do you know....peytons wr corps isnt to shabby this time around too....

but of course...toms success with the likes of patten, givens, troy brown can only be explained by elite defenses and cheating

If your going to include the Donkeys then you need to put my Queef's on there as well. We've played five of the six opponents the Broncos have played and are unbeaten just like the Broncos ... just sayin

thats why i thought it was stupid for mike to say that pats hate only exists because im looking for it

they beat the saints and everyone is crying about how the saints handed them the game....and people are crying about a non holding call on solder....nobody cries when the giants dont get flagged for blatant holding on a miracle play though
and I thought it was stupid that you referred to the patriots as "us". but we move on

fair enough, and I have stock in the packers so I guess I "own" the team, even though I can never get a dividend, make a decision, sell my stock, etc .

My sleeper Superbowl is Lions - Dolphins. Two teams everyone is bypassing.
