Need hedge advice have Pats +3 in parlay

Need some advice here, down 200 on week, and have this parlay going right now. I can get Falcons -3 at +100 but its moving, was +105 15 minutes ago. Should I try and hedge to cover what I am down + price of bet and let it ride, or should i lock in half profits.
    9/29/13 4:05pm $350.00 $2,974.42 Pending 5 Team Parlay
Win 9/29/13 4:05pm NFL Football 216 Tennessee Titans -178* vs New York Jets
    Win 9/29/13 4:25pm NFL Football 217 Dallas Cowboys/San Diego Chargers Over 46 -120*
Win 9/29/13 4:25pm NFL Football 219 Washington Redskins -185* vs Oakland Raiders
Win 9/29/13 4:25pm NFL Football 222 Denver Broncos -475* vs Philadelphia Eagles
Pending 9/29/13 8:30pm NFL Football 223 New England Patriots +3 -125* vs Atlanta Falcons

    Thanks in advance

My advice always hedge. If you are happy to win a $1000 back then just bet $1400 on Atlanta -3 at -110. If you really want to win it don't hedge, but I always think that is a bad move. I never hedge all the way, because what was the point of betting the last game then, but I hedge enough that I will be happy either way. If you need the money hedge it to the 50/50 mark, but next time know that you are wasting money by betting on the late game because you are paying a vig.

Forgot about your original $350 so it would be about 1400 at -3 -110 to win a $1000.

I would wait for live betting and hedge it when Atlanta falls behind.

Then get screwed if Roddy White or Julio Jones scores on the first play of the game. Atlanta is either hot or cold they usually don't start off cold then get hot.

    Atlanta first quarters 7-0, 10-0 and 14-0.

Hedge calculator says $1662 @+100 to walk away with $1312 either way. I say hedge.

If this was another team I would say smart advise, but this is Atlanta a team that starts off hot most games. 7-0 10-0 and 14-0 in the three previous games they played.

If I saw someone say don't hedge trust me that means I am definitely going to hedge. WHAT A BAD SIGN!!!

Hedging is weak sauce. Place the bet, ride it out. Don't pay juice both ways because of fear.

Call me a puss but locked in at falcons -3 -105. Put 1700 on it so locked in either 1k or 1.2 in profit after erasing the 200 I was down. Paid a lot of big but still a win. Most profitable out come would be all wins by three. One bet push and parlay would pay 1518. Thanks for the advice

If every bet you ever made was hedged, you'd be rich. I had 6 parlays last leg Chiefs and hedged . I only hedge to get back my original stake, though. I made 800 instead of 1100. No biggie. If I didn't hedge, the Giants probably would've won. LOL!

If I didn't hedge out all would be up 21 at half.

Next time don't build parlays that might ever need to be hedged out. Basically, assume every parlay is going to win.

Only reason to "hedge" is if information changes and you like the other side. Otherwise, don't put the last leg in the parlay.

A hedge is just a new bet on the opposite side, unless you like it alone (i.e. change of information) don't put yourself in a position to have to hedge.
