Dont mention Geno Smith in the same sentence as Teddy B. Your amateur is showing.

Quick trivia. Has the number 3 pick ever been traded after 18 games before?

Teddy Bitchwater has not looked like the #1 pick thus far and that's playing against weak competition. He couldn't dream of playing a game like Johnny Football did last week.

Bama spent the entire off-season scheming to stop him.
Bama even scheduled a bye before they played him for extra prep time
You could tell Saban didn't like him in the press conference the way he spoke

Johnny Football still tore them up with his arm and his legs. Bitchwater looked like a bitch against the worst team in the SEC.

Does Louisville even play teams that have NFL players? Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, Kentucky LOL.

    terrible trade for the browns
colts most likely make the playoffs and this pick is looking to be no earlier than 20th overall
trent richardson is worth more than a 20th overall pick

I'd love for the line to move to 49ers -9.5. I'd be happy for it to move to -10.

So why did the Browns do it? Was he a problem in the locker room or something? Were they scared they are going to have to pay him big?

You couldn't possibly make him the highest drafted RB in years and then turn around 18 games later and trade him for about a #20 or so 1st round pick and be happy. There has got to be more to the story.

just because hes bad doesnt mean the team will never win by more than 6 points. if they have a chance to win by that much this year this is their best opportunity

games last year Ponder won by at least 6 points:
    24-13 vs SF
    20-13 @ DET
    30-7 vs TEN
    21-14 vs ARI
    34-24 vs DET
    21-14 vs CHI
    36-22 @ STL
    23-6 vs HOU

so that kid will eventually win a game by fukkin 6 points

Book is far from written on the Vikings.

Bears D does not suck, and they just put up a nice total on the road vs them. Granted, special teams and defense helped a lot, but with the amount of new guys in for the browns coupled with the fact that they will punt often, D/ST could come up big for the Vikes again.

WHAT THE???????? Make absolutely ZERO sense. If the Browns had any hint at a decent future, Trent was supposed to be the centerpiece. What the penetrate happened?

I hate that argument. The Vikings won despite him last year not because of him.

Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson won super bowls. Dan Marino didn't. Tim Tebow won 2 playoff games and can't even get a backup gig.

THey ran a kick back and got a defensive TD. THe Bears defense is a little above average only because of turnovers forced they are not hard to gain yards against like Cleveland is.

And they're going up against a lesser Offense, run by a wide-eyed QB, with Norv in his ear and a RB that has held more hamburgers than football's this season.

People can say what they want about Richardson but here's the facts. Luck loves throwing deep so teams will not stack the box against him so he should flourish one way or another. Even if he isn't what he was hyped up to be coming out of college he still should be plenty good enough to put up big numbers with a QB like Luck.

Agreed, i don't get it. Who the fukk is their #2??? Dumb ass Lombardi will fukk these pair of first rounders up anyhow. Unreal.

To be honedt, he hasn't been that great, obviously because browns have no other weapons. Regardless not sure I'd give up a first for him..

Any possibility of internal issues with Richardson that have never leaked? Only way this could happen unless front office is dumber then everyone in America IMO

All you people ready to jump on Minnesota -6 just remember Leslie Frazier

He moved up and really reached on Christian Ponder with the 12th pick in the 1st round. Leslie Frazier is the Rooney Rule media appointed smart guy said that Ponder was the best QB in the entire draft class, he was the #1 QB on their board. Let's see who else was in that draft class.

    #1 Cam Newton
    #8 Jake Locker
    #10 Blaine Gabbert
    #12 Ponder
#35 Andy Dalton aka fire crotch
    #36 Colin Kaepernick

Ponder is arguably the worst guy on that list. The Vikings are wasting Adrian Peterson because of Christian Ponder and the numb nuts Rooney Rule coach that reached to pick him.

    It has to be.

Either that or the Browns wanted to start long term salary negotiations and Richardson said F YOU I am not resigning for this joke of a franchise and they just cut their lossses now.

Great minds think alike......thinking the exact same thing. Grigson (Colts GM) couldn't be randomly calling teams to see if they'd give up their lead RB. Cleveland had to be the one making calls. If Indy can stabilize their O-line for the future...Houston is getting old. Indy should go on a PM type domination of the AFC South

What does this have to do with the Vikings being able to win by 6 points on Sunday?? The guy told you that they won a bunch of games last year by 6+ WITH shitty Ponder.....what makes you think that won't happen again this year?
