Aaron Hernandez is getting off not guity unless

they get more evidence. Their case doesn't look air tight as everyone thinks. Can't find the murder weapon...not sure there are any eye witnesses. We've seen stuff like this happen before. Will they be able to prove he did it beyond a shadow of a doubt? Dunno

He will probably get off. All circumstancial evidence.

Then he, Riley Cooper and Tebow can go suit up for the Orlando Predators.

Only reason Tebow was signed by New England was to be Hernandez's guardian.
    Just like in college.

Hernandez will be back playing profession ball once he is freed. Cooper used the n word, so his football career is done.

All depends on his friend if they don't have physical evidence.

That said, many many many people have been hemmed up for murder on less. Prosecutors just really want to show the gun to a potential jury.

They need the weapon. They can show him in the vehicle with four people driving down that road and only 3 leaving. They can show the weapon in his hand. Cell towers pinging his location area.

Will the jury need the weapon... Tough call. It's our legal system so doubt is innocence anymore.

If they don´t find the murder weapon, I bet he gets off the murder charge. They will still get him on the five gun charges though.

sharp...No murder weapon. Plea bargain for lessor. Timed served. He will be out in <=3 years

Give me >=150 without a weapon and first degree charge.. I will drop a dime he gets off, no questions asked.

I really don't see what others are about the prosecution being worried?

Are we expecting results before the process is even allowed to work itself out?

Trials take a shit load of time, albeit a lot less with Aaron locked up. Why wouldn't they be spending time trying to find the murder weapon? It's exactly what they should be doing in the process of making the strongest case possible.

He could still absolutely walk, depending on the competence of the lawyers involved. The lawyers are what makes or break this case, and any other case in this country.

The murder weapon only makes a case stronger due to the physical nature and the experts you can bring in to use science to create more physical evidence.

The murder weapon is not the lynch pin of this at all.

They are searching for a weapon, in a lake as I said above. The people will plea down to a lessor defense...2nd degree or even manslaughter. Keep the system happy.

Its a foregone conclusion. Even if he walks, Aaron Hernandez will never play in the NFL again. Heck, even if he sprints, squats, performs agility drills, Aaron Hernandez will not play in the NFL again - ever! This guy has been erased! Hint: EA Sports has removed Hernandez from "Madden 25" and "NCAA 14", sports card manufacturer Panini has removed Hernandez from all of its current products, the Patriots recently conducted a buy-back of all Hernandez jerseys, and the NFL Hall of Freakin' Fame put an irreversible statement on the issue by sacking a photo of Hernandez on a display.

So i guess it only applies to blacks like ray lewis. blacks got the nfl cornered. blacks: we'll make up the interpretation and context of how to properly use such an offensive world. blacks to every other race: we'll tell you how to interpret it.

There have been scores of other cases where people have been convicted of murder with weaker circumstantial evidence.

Hernandez is not getting off of anything, and for those who think he is, post up, I'll take your action.
I am laying 2:1 he stays locked up for a real long time.

Let's say there is a mountain of evidence against him, but he somehow gets off on a technicality.

Would an NFL team take a flyer on him knowing he was a murderer?

He'll argue that a scuffle ensues and that it was self-defense. Dead guys don't talk; upper hand Hernandez. I think he walks.

only way he gets off is by a strange technicality . Even for the people who think he will be found not guilty...
do a single one of you actually think he is not guilty of this crime?

I'v already posted my thoughts. He will be convicted, however on a lessor charge when it's all said and done. I promise you it will be a year or two before this even goes to trial, without a plea bargain.

what no one mentions in this thread is that the evidence the law is searching for determines whether he's a killer of one or a killer of three

there isnt much doubt that hes d-u-n done
