    Super Bowl board numbers...

With the unveiling of the numbers on our annual Super Bowl board at work today, the discussion naturally turned to what numbers were good and what ones were bad.
The general consensus was that any combination of 3 and 0 on a 100 square board were probably the numbers most likely to be a winner.
As for bad numbers, the dreaded "double 5's" were obviously selected as the worst numbers. Not too far behind were 8-8 and 9-9.
Anyway, I just thought it would be interesting to know which numbers have historically been winners on quarter, halftime and final scores. And maybe not just from the Super Bowl, which would provide a small data base, but maybe on all NFL games.
I don't have enough time to look up all the previous Super Bowl scores (let alone all NFL scores) by quarters, but I was wondering if anyone had ever done any research on this.

Not sure when it comes to Super Bowls specifically, but going on NFL history stats, the top 10 worst boxes are (according to JR Miller)...

    2/2 (1 in 10000)
    5/2 (2 in 10000)
    5/5 (3 in 10000)
    2/9 (4 in 10000)
    5/9 (6 in 10000)
    2/8 (7 in 10000)
    5/8 (9 in 10000)
    2/6 (10 in 10000)
    2/1 (12 in 10000)
    9/9 (13 in 10000)

0,7,3,4,1 in that order I would say are the best.

Flip the 4 and the 3, and you've got it.

    Best to worst;

    0
    7
    4
    3
    1
    6
    8
    9
    5
    2
