Nmadi has fallen from the Glory days. Seems soft. Would not have signed him.

Best teams don't win in football anymore...

All comes down to penalties and stupid rules...

    Who cares...

Ravens were 10th best team in the league last year...

49ers with yet another awesome pickup with little risk and only possible rewards to come.
If he sucks still you cut him with their already awesome defense.
The GM for the Niners needs a raise.
Not a SF fan but I think they bring home the trophy next year. Might be Gore's last chance? He's gettin up there.

He just did not fit in with Philly. I think it is a no risk move by Niners.

Don't understand why Nmadi did not fit in with Philly. Or Maybe because he was constantly getting beat in 1 on 1 coverage. And he does not tackle well. Yeah, a low risk move by Niners because low salary, but he will have to perform or he will be a bad fit in Niner land as well.

Because he got lazy...He'll do the same thing in SF.This year he will play like the best cb in the league and then get a huge contract and get lazy again.I would say it happens the majority of the time that once they sign that set for life contract they fall off.Only true superstars with their eyes on all time greatness keep working harder even after they establish themselves as the best.

Nnamdi has lost it big time. Got burnt all the time and can't tackle, I bet Seattle is happy about this signing they will win the west.

Phillys defensive scheme was a joke. He'll get much more man to man in SF and it'll be like old times. Then he'll re-up next year for 60million over six years

Good for both sides here..........49ers got a player that a couple years ago QB's would not throw in his direction. Also 49ers already have some real good defensive players so easy for Nmadi to fit right in... Also I am sure Nmadi knows he has lost a little speed and cover ability, so why not sign with a team that has alot of defensive stars..... This is about as +even deal as TT Warrior hitting an all you can eat buffet for 6 bucks.................................

this is a good signing, he needed to get out of philly, a new team may give him a spark if not o well still a low risk move.

Yes, I'm baffled how Philly was using him, basically negating his strengths. I expect big things from Nna in SF.

He still gets beat more often than you think. Playing zone or man will not prevent that.

No risk, no brainer for Sf. If he isn't showing anything early they should have a rookie(with all of those picks they have) to step in for nickel and dime packages. Them vs Seahawks will be interesting.

If all you ask him to do is run fast and get INt's you should be ok if he comes to play and is in shape. If you ask him to make a tackle...well lets just say the safeties better be ready to make a tackle.
