this is why the colts win easy...........indy is last against the run, but first against the pass...although the rankings defensively between dallas and indy are significant, it is only in ranking....indy gives up 329 ypg and dallas 295 ypg...this differential actually favors the colts because dallas has played teams with a combined record of 33-48 and have only beaten carolina with a winning record.as far as points given up, it is 189 to 174...thats an equivalent of 1.8 points difference per game.....and once again, dallas didnt play new england, new york, new york and denver (all on the road).dallas is eight against the pass versus all predominately running teams, except philly, who torched dallas......jax(no offense) wash 2x (absolutely no offense), arizona(couldnt beat arizona state)..tennessee(geesh), houston(geeesh), giants(they lost) and carolina(running team)......if mcnabb torched them, i cant wait to see what manning is going to do!!!!!!!dallas is giving up 210 yards passing against bad teams....what does that equte to as far as manning goes.....i find that this matchup is not very good for dallas...there corners are not good cover corners and if they play zone, manning will pick them apart, if indy gets on top, the dallas running game will have to be put on the shelf, so, the 32nd rating will be a moot point...
