Seahawks will win the Super Bowl this year.

Get your bets in before it's too late... They're the best team in the NFL now...

Problem is unless SF loses next week all their games will be on the road. I agree that Sea is playing the best right now. Would play them against the NFC East champion in round 1 and probably against Atl in round 2. But would think they might run out of Gas against either GB/SF if they make it that far. Just my 2 cents.

They are a hot team right now....but the fact that they are a wildcard will likely burn them. The fact that they won't be able to play at the CLink at all will hurt. They won't be an easy out, but I doubt they make the SB. Watch out for next year though. They should be able to secure some type of home field advantage next year.

Yes right now they look like last year's NYG...getting blazing hot at the right time...that was a dominating performance by a very, very good team.

Say what you will about the home crowd...but they lined up 11 v. 11 players and SEA won every single aspect to the game.

The only thing that could stop them from going deep in the playoffs is the QB and team's overall playoff inexperience.

    We shall see.

I agree, not sure 9/2 is fair odds to win the NFC though considering all there games will be on the road unless its the 5 vs 6 seed.

If Seattle had all there games at home yes. But since they will be a wildcard team, they will lose 1st or 2nd game in the playoffs.

LMFAO havent any of you learned the fact about rookie QB's never ever ever leading thier team to a Super bowl

not even BIG Ben who did not lose a game all year his 1st year was able to it lost to Patriots in final round and was at home
There fore you forget about these 3 teams 49ers Seahawks and colts

Kap is rookie for 49ers he didnt play that much last year and was not starter this year Alex is Veteran starter

so consider this Kapernicks 1st year starting and fuggahedabouutit

    Yeah agreed.... 3 things

    #1: Rookie QB
    #2: Shaky on the road
#3: Don't see them as a big WIN team

I dont mind the Seahawks, and I love the production Wilson has been having, but with that being said, they are gonna have to do a little bit more to gain my confidence. Just not seeing it

I wish I could take everyone's bets who likes Seattle to win it all, add 50 cents and I'll book em all to best line you find.

They are 6-1 in their last 7 games. Not many teams have had the schedule they have had...Patriots, Packers, 49ers (twice), Cowboys, Bears, Vikings. How many of these teams are going to the playoffs? Potentially all of them IF the Cowboys win this Sunday. Whats their record against these playoff teams?? 6-1!

Lucky to be in the playoffs with a 11-5 record...Let me get back to you on that statement! Lol!

they didn't really beat the packers though. Replacement refs made the worst call in the history of the NFL. On the road they lost to the cardinals, the dolphins, the rams and the lions. They aren't that good away from home.

I think the Seahawks are improving with every game though, and their mid season results may not be applicable anymore. I think they can beat the Niners in SF, give them a decent shot in Atlanta but against Rodgers in GB they stumble.

The sea-chickens will have to win 4 road games in the playoffs to win it all. I know it has been done before, but they are soooo much better at home than on the road. I just don't see it happening. Value is everything in a futures bet, but this would have to be in the neighborhood of 30/1 for me to give it a go. Which I don't see anyone giving. Good luck!

They do have 2 ingriedients that always help during playoff time. Lockdown tough defense, and a running game. I agree with having concern about them on the road all thru Jan. and a rookie QB. However freshmen are not supposed to win Heisman's either... just sayin!
