No question who deserves it, we are exactly one year away from Peterson completely blowing out his knee and he has a real shot at 2000 yards after a slow start. The dude is a freak.

Don't think Aldon Smith and Patrick Peterson would be anywhere close to 3rd or 4th with all the talented players out there. It's to early to be drinking you may pass out b4 Brady whoops on houston

LOL all this Peyton manning love. So stupid, you guys watch ESPN too much or are just brainwashed. Eli is the best Manning QB, and it isnt even close.

Peyton got thrown on a play off caliber team that actually improved on defensive side of the ball and he was able to stand on 2 legs. Thats all he needed to do.

Adrian Peterson came back and took a team everyone picked to be dead last in their division and made them a play off contending team, and might have a 2k yard rushing season on top of that.

Once Manning fails miserably yet again in what can be intimated as a 'big' game hopefully people will come back to their senses.

If vikings find a way to make playoffs then I'd say hands down AP. The story line that comes along is just as strong. not only did he come back from a very serious injury, he is still the best at what he does. Even A. Foster is a far second..
Playoffs and 2k rushing and its 100% going to AP. you can put the house on that.

If viking fail to make playoffs, It's ganna be Peyton Manning. Even though Brady is a fair argument, its super bowl or bust for him. He's also had a ridiculously easy schedule this year and im sure that'll play a factor somehow. Peyton's storyline is also strong. Comes back from possible career ending injury into a new team and is somehow the division leader going into week 15 and has been torching defenses up left and right.

Another reason I'd lean for Ap is because he is so far ahead of the competition. There is no doubt he is the best in the league and if the vikings happen to make the playoffs it'll be entirely because of him. It almost seems like we have more QB's now than ever. With all the noise A.luck,RG3,Brady have been making its ganna be hard for any qb to pull themselves away from the competition.

    should be interesting nonetheless.

This game might have sealed it for Brady, but a lost to the 49ers might give Peyton a slim chance.

Fold, I am going to assume you forgot about Luck. Luck goes 1 or 2. Probably 1. And if you are talking about all teams starting from scratch in this scenario, then QB's might comprise the first 7 or8 picks.

Davis is a top 5 receiving TE, I don't see why you like the Redskins receivers Garcon is a good athlete but raw, and has never accomplished anything without Manning or RG3 throwing to him. Nobody else on the roster should be more than a #4. Moss is solid but only in the slot.

Numbers are not everything but Griffin's passer rating over 104 and best rushing numbers ever put him as the #1 QB statistically in the league. He is maybe slightly below average in accuracy but makes good decisions and his running ability makes it easy for Morris, and allows below average receivers to run wide open. His completion % really should be higher if not for a lot of drops, I would say the Pitt game was one of the best game Griffin played except there were 7 drops

AP plays with Ponder at QB... Defenses know coming into the week the game plan is to stop AP, yet they can't.... Guy averages over 5 yards a carry running against 8 and 9 man fronts. Ponder has had 3+ games when he didn't even throw for 100 yards..... Vikes don't win 3 games without AP.

Brady's O-line deserves the MVP before he does. Brady has ALL DAY to throw ANY QB can do that. Watch what happens to Brady on those 'bad' games he has, he has pressure and has to make quick decisions.

Its the same thing as how Michael Vick sucks/sucked. he didnt he just didnt have an O line that could even slow guys down, by the time he was 2 steps into a drop he had guys in his face. Why do you think cassell looked so great on the Patriots but cant win a fixed game where he is now? Or any of the USC quarterbacks that have come out. Dont like to cross thresh holds like that but when you have talent around you that is far superior to everyone else it is easy to look great.

Peterson is playing on a really bad football team, he makes that stiff they have at QB look like he belongs in the NFL. If Peterons doesnt come back like he has or didnt play Minn is a 3 or 4 win football team at best. Instead they have an outside shot of making the play offs.

Peyton Manning doesnt even deserve to be in the same discussion as these guys, he stepped into a perfect situation, unreal receivers, a top 3 or 4 defense, and a team that won with a guy 90% of the world doesnt think should be playing QB in the first place, and they won a play off game with him.

So the guy that didn't play in the second half made a speech, and that's what won the Super Bowl? It wasn't the MVP of the game Aaron Rodgers.....It wasn't Nick Collins who returned a pick 6.... It was the guy that didn't play in the second half...

    AP AP AP AP AP.

AP is carrying his team as much as Brady or Peyton, but he is doing it as a RB.....far more impressive. It's much more impressive to run for 120 yards a game than it is to pass for 300 yards a game. The NFL is a passing league, what Peyton and Brady are doing this season will be duplicated by a handful of QB's next year and the year after. What AP is doing is unique and special. The guy is on pace to break 2,000 yards and has a chance to break the rushing record.

Matt Cassel was sacked 48 times with that O line that gives Brady all day to throw. Probably has nothing to do with Brady's ability to align protection pre-snap, audible, release the ball quickly or his ability to create time sliding around the pocket. Any Qb can do that. Hell I can play QB for the Pats.

If you consider the -350 on Peyton and the +250 on Brady razor thin then you are correct. I dont see that as razor thin. I see it as Peyton as an odds on favorite.

I never said that line was sharp. It's decent odds on Brady at this point, zero value in Peyton at those odds.
