Packers still in drivers seat for Super Bowl

I've said it since beginning of season, once they get healthy it is over boys.

    Matthews... Woodson.. Nelson...

Jennings is getting healthier, good luck defenses defending Nelson, Jennings, Cobb.

They don't need a run game. They just need pass blocking, let Rodgers win the damn thing. They are sitting at 3 seed, they could easily get the number 2 seed. They will have no problem goin to ATl and crushing them again. SF, Giants are worthy opponents, but I don't see Rodgers losing again to NYG.

Gb futures should have been in when 1-2

I'm obviously with you but the Giants still concern me. No doubt they have what it takes to win at Lambeau in January. Atlanta will be no problem for any of the Big 3 (SF, GB, NYG). I feel the Sbowl still goes thru NY whether they're at home or on the road.

good point. Packers haven't impressed in any of their recent wins while the giants when their on top of their game can blow anyone out. Also the niners already beat the packers early in the season in Lambeau and in a potential playoff matchup if Niners get homefield Packers have no shot.

    packers haven't impressed?

7-1 last 8 games and covered 6 of those 8, yes a bad loss to the giants but name the team that doesn't have a bad loss this season.

all i care about is the money, and the packers have gone 6-2 ats. take away the bad call vs seattle and the packers are 10-3 with the only losses to the 49ers, giants, and colts.

the giants lost by 18 to cincinnati. the 49ers lost to the vikings and couldn't beat the rams in 2 tries. so those teams are certainly capable of throwing up a stinker

The NFC is completely wide open. You get in youve got a real chance regardless of who you are. Same can not be said in the AFC.

It might help the Packers even more the fact that they were beaten by the NYG earlier especially come playoff time....Last night's game did not start too well for Pack as we saw but history has shown they own Lions. I thought the GB peformance was decent but not enough to say their Super Bowl bound...Their 4 losses are against: SF/Indy/NYG/Sea*. We all know why the asterisk is beside the SEA game. Two of the next 3 games are on the road against Division rivals and we'll see how they fair...In any case, there is lots of good football ahead of us.

best 2 defensive players are currently out. 2 years ago people said the same thing and the packers won the super bowl. last year people said the same thing and the packers went 15-1.

rodgers is the best player in the nfl. doesn't guarantee success by any stretch of the imagination, but if i'm going to bet i'd rather have my money on the best of the best.

guys were fading jordan through those 6 championships in a row (suspended for 2 years in the middle). i was taking the bulls at 8-5 or 2-1 every year and laughing all the way to the bank

I would argue that Green Bay may have a better shot at beating the 49ers at San Fran. The 49ers built a ground and pound team capable of winning in any weather, while the Pack offense is built more for the fast track of domes and nicer weather. SO by virtue of the 49ers winning in week one, that gives them a clear advantage if they should meet again?

that's fine cuz rodgers is winning the super bowl again.

and denver will be exposed for the frauds they are, already lost to houston and new england and next week they will lose to baltimore.

so that will be 0-3 against the afc elite

This is Peyton Manning we are talking about. He is on a fresh team and look how he is doing. Not to disagree with ya Mike but I dont think the Packs will do so hot in the Playoffs. I thought 49ers all year and watching Peyton lately he is getting better and better an so is the Broncos all together. I like GB and I like Rodgers a lot but im just not sold on GB making it to the SuperBowl this year. I think the G-men are a team to look out for again as well. Gonna be a interesting finish to this year for sure

he's doing great, after those first few weeks of wobbly passes i sure didn't expect a 104 passing rating. but it's such a crap division, 5-0 against the chargers/raiders/chiefs and 5-3 against everyone else.
