    Why do OC coddle back-up QB's so much?

    Clearly this dink and dunk crap isn't working for the Bears. Jason Campbell is an NFL QB, why don't they let him throw the damn ball? I've never understood this approach by coordinators, all it does is tell your QB that you have no confidence in him.

    That's all Campbell did in Oakland as well. He is a dink and dunk bitch and holds onto the ball too long at times. When he does throw down field he is rarely accurate.

    Read this and you'll understand why coaches refuse to throw down field, punt on 4th and short, run the same dive play 15x/game for 1-2 yards, and play QB's like Gabbert for years.
