    i am shocked by this as well.

    I respect your capping ability but i just don't see how the hell the Jets go in to Seattle and keep this close. Seattle is a beast at home.

    I like this pick. This is the type of game where the Jets show up (Just as they did in the Patriots game). This is must win; 4-5 is a lot better than 3-6 and practically needing to be perfect the rest of the season. Seattle is beatable with Wilson as QB. I actually like the Jets ML. Not a guarantee but the Jets are a better team than Seattle. 6.5 points are way too much. New York needs to get away from MetLife Stadium and will deliver.

    took them when the line came out...the line is crazy...seattle shouldnt be more than 3.5 here. Pure value on the jets. I bet the line will close around 4-5.

    Hold on here, did people forget the Jets are terrible? Can someone explain to me how S. Green is going to be even close to as productive as Lynch? Is Sanchez going to throw a TD on this team? HIGHLY doubtful. Lets look at how the Jets have fared against top defenses this year;

    Pitt (wouldnt even call them a top D) 27-10 LOSS
    SF - 34-0 AT MET LIFE!
    Miami- 30-9. they did beat Miami at home 23-20 on 9/23, but I think we can all agree Miami is a different team than they were in Sept

    I am going to be generous and say the J-E-T-S can score 13 here. Last two week the Seahawks have scored 20-24 against two good/decent defenses in Minny and Detroit. Sure we can argue about Detroit but they are at least as good as the Jets D since the loss of D.R.

    Lots of people I respect here taking the Jets, but the Hawks are the play here Gentlemen because of everything I just said, which doesn't even take in to account the 12th man. You think Sanchez can handle that noise? I doubt it!

    Teams are ranked very close in offense 27th and 29, although Seattle has just started to score points. Did forget to mention the gets are giving up 140 YPG on the ground, Foster got them for 150 in NY, I expect close to the same from Lynch.

    Seahawks biggest spread at home or on the road was last week against a week offense in the vikings, and they scored 20, The Jets will be hungry and in desperate need for a win, so keeping this close will be easy, and might pull of the outright as the Seahawks have yet to lose at home this year and I don't think that will stay that way.     Why are people acting like Seattle is a super bowl contender? I wouldn't take jets on the ML because of the home field advantage but against the spread is a good bet here. Seattle wins by 4.
