Why do Cowboys fans pay insane ticket prices for a terrible product?

    Cowboys are garbage.

Jerry World costs a lot. Nose bleeds there cost more than suites at other stadiums.

I don't even want to know what a beer goes for.

    Unreal. Are Texans stupid?

At least Wrigley has competitive prices.

wow you're actually comparing wrigley field to cowboys stadium?

where you have to wait 20 minutes to pee in a trough and the roof falls on you

Glad to see a post from you.

    I am comparing terrible products.

Cubs and Cowboys are terrible products. Wrigley is a venue you pay to go to, just like Jerry World (opposite ends of the spectrum obviously).

My girl puked at Wrigley last time we were there. Not a single person cared as it was just adding to the dump.

I love Wrigley, favorite place to be truthfully - but unless you love the Cubs, I can understand the animosity towards that stadium.

Still don't know how it passes city code.

But, to stay on point - The Cowboys are garbage, and tards continue to pay insane prices to see it. I can't understand this.

from what i know wrigley only passes city codes because it is a historical landmark. but that status has hurt their ability to make structural renovations.

people pay crazy prices to sit on a frozen bench with absolutely no room at lambeau field too, and drive 2 1/2 hours each way from milwaukee. doesn't make any sense.

I will not repeat this, and if I had the option - this comment will self-destruct.

Green bay is an awesome product. The way that franchise operates should be mirrored by every small market team in the country.

yes but i am telling you as someone that has been in the bowl of lambeau at least 100 times - it is just not that much fun.
you are cramped and shoved in with a bunch of fat people on a bench that was numbered when people were 1/3rd the size.

you are either around completely obnoxious drunk jackasses or people that will look at you funny if you cheer. every time you stand up you magically have even less space when you sit back down, even if you have a chair cushion/back

i even bought 4 tickets for just me and my son one time and we still didn't have enough room for 2 scrawny people!

i love the packers but the last few years i refuse to go unless i'm in the outdoor clubs/indoor clubs/suite.

    STFU.

As long as the Raiders, Cleveland, Jets, Buffalo, Chiefs, Jags are in the league then Cowboys can not be considered a "terrible product".

and uppers for football games are sometimes an interesting viewpoint, you can really see plays unfold rather than just see a pile

don't listen to morons who have no idea what they are talking about

You can get a nosebleed for $50 - $125 on gameday depending on who their playing and upper level face value are right around $100

SRO tickets are available for $35 where you can get in to the stadium and party plazas but don't have a seat

come on down buddy and give me shout ahead of time, the stadium is something to see at least once even if you hate the Cowboys

You obviously don't have a clue what you're talking about

tickets at Cowboys stadium are only slightly more or comparable in price to seats at other top NFL stadiums

beers are $8.50 (pint domestic) $9.75 (import draft) which is less than some stadiums

Sports teams across the world have realized you can sell a person an "identity" through the experience of being a "fan". Winning or losing is just a detail as long as you buy the jersey and $7 beers they don't care. Look at the Maple Leafs, there is no bigger example of this where the team in the biggest NHL market is a pure failure, people come tripping over themselves to see these millionares get embarrassed on ice every week, but they don't come for the game, the game is a detail, they come to be "a fan" and to feel special. Soccer teams have been doing this forever, but the North American markets have latched onto it in recent years.
