    these are always the games everyone crazy about weather hitting the under again and again, and the over comes in with ease.

    Doesn't look like much wind though and the rain is pretty scattered; 40-50% off and on.

    One thing about the game; the Bears and Lions both have a motivation to run the ball, to minimize the mistakes of their own QB's and not make them sitting ducks to the rush. The Bears have a good running game, the Lions not so much. I like the Under in the game, but only with the teaser points.

    rain doesn't effect totals as much as public perceives. wind is way worse. unless you're talking 3 hours of torrential not a concern.
