    I'm confident that we'll see the situation fixed until week 4. I think the NFL realize just how dire the situation has become, even though they'd never officially admit it.

    I actually know someone who's had to deal with Goodell.
    No chance he bends unless the NFL owners tell him to do so.
    If the decision was Goodell's only he would not bend even a little bit.

    I am rather happy with this. I hate refs generally. Can't stand them, wish they didn't exist in a lot of instances.

    However, if it has to be officiated, it is better to have people who at the very least are competent.

    I will still be bitching about them moving forward. I hope everyone does too.
