    Green Bay is mostly white folks so... I can't say for sure if there were riots or not.. I wouldn't want to say that riots happen more in places with a particular race.. because.. that would be racist.... I only know that Green Bay is mostly white..

    Does anybody remember what race started the LA riots? I forgot.
