This is the most interesting game on the board IMO. 49ers are getting so much fckin hype after Week 1 they've been inflated 3 points on the line. Ok we all know their D is good, but are people really sold on this 49ers offense? Take a closer look at that game vs GB they were still 2-9 on 3rd down. This offense absolutely sucks in make or break situations.

The Lions offense is pretty damn finesse so it's gonna be a grind for them, but I really like how their front seven on defense matchup. They could really use a guy like Delmas, but Houston is returning which should help the secondary some.

Lions +7 looks enticing...especially with a good chance at a backdoor cover.

Most of those points came off turnovers. If you check, Bradford didn't have a good game and SJax pretty much got shut down. Field position was key in that game.

Fair enough, but Alex Smith is also a QB playing with way more confidence than last year. SF has a very underated offense + THE BEST secondary. Dets front 4 may get to Smith but i dont think it will matter because i think SF will Give up maybe 1 TD. If guys are on the Lions there gonna have to hope For a 14-10 4th qtr type game, i just dont see it happening tho

Heres a thought, The only reason why The TE'S stats are close, is becaue the Lions were playing fom behind alot more tat the 49ers were. When your forced to throw in the second half of many games, you will see more balls come your way. SF played with the lead alot, thus ground and pound was the option in the 3rd and 4th qtrs. If Vernon Davis was on the Lion for last year, he would ve killed Pettigews stats.
