    Thing is, the Patriots could have axed Belichick after his first year because they were 5-11 after going 8-8, 9-7, 10-6, 11-5 the 4 years before.
    Talk about making the right move not doing that though. The guy won 3 Super Bowls out of the next 4 years, and has had winning season after his first year coaching (14 years straight)
