    by the way judging from his workout video for seattle, he looked ripped, his footwork was quick and his cuts looked pretty sharp.

    i have no doubt he has a big season left in him. people forget the last season he played in the nfl he went for about 1000 in change

    I'm not impressed with what I've seen and heard of Matt Flynn so far in training camp. The fact that Pete Carroll hasn't committed to him as the QB says a lot. If Flynn can't beat out Tavaris Jackson and a rookie QB in training camp, then I'm really worried.

    I'd still put my money on Flynn to be the starter week 1. But word out of Seattle is that Russell Wilson is the future QB.

    I never thought I would see him in the NFL again. What a head case but he does stay in ridiculous shape.

    Flynn has played in the the equivalent of 4 NFL games...total.

    Flynn has played one full season since being a senior in high school...that's 9 years.

    Flynn = Stephen McGee.

    That is all.

    If TO and Edwards can produce close to where they were 2 years ago, the Hawks will be fine.

    What a clown. Practice means nothing, except when you're having wet dreams about Terrell Owens.

    Good move for hawks. Guy has another year or two left. Motivation to get out of debt while he still can run will power him to a huge year.
