'Roll Over' Beethoven: RO Terms On Account Opening Deposits?
I realize all books are different, so I'm asking: In general terms, what would be the outcome of the following scenario
with regards to how roll-over policies work?
Johnny Dollar opens an account with a $300.00
deposit at Ye Olde Sportsbook. $300.00 was chosen as the
amount for the initial deposit because it was the book's
minimum opening deposit amount to be eligible for reimbursement for ** fee of $15.00 and a 21% account
opening bonus ($63.00). This account balance now reads
$378.00. There is a 4x roll over stipulation at the book.
Johnny places a $5.00 wager and wins. The balance now
reads $383.00. Johnny now decides he doesn't like betting
any more. He calls the book and asks them to send him
all the money from his current account that he's entitled to
at this point. The book obliges.
So, how much money does Johnny receive from the book in
this situation?
1. Johnny loses his initial bonus of $63, since he didn't meet rollover.
2. Johhny loses his "waiver of ** deposit fee" - he is charged another $15.
3. Johnny is charged a withdrawal fee. Assume he takes it out by neteller, and the book charges him $25.
Depends on the book too. Some will let you take out more and others will not. Have to read the fine print. Some books have a 30 day hold and you cannot take out anything within 30 days of deposit
Definitely depends all on the book. Chances are you can't take out anything until you hit the rollover. And Johnny better hope the rollover is on the bonus only, and not on the total deposited.
