    If rangers move on the philly/rangers series would be very highly rated.

    First off the NHL already got their money so it's more NBC that should be worried. And the ratings will be fine unless Phoenix Vs. Florida happens. I see a LA/Nashiville Vs. Philly finals so all should be good.

    It's real simple. LA is not a hockey market. It never has been. Gretzky couldn't even propel the market in LA. When Winnipeg or any other Canadian team is in, the rest of Canada propels the ratings.

    I think it's good for the league.

    NHL ratings are going through the roof.

    Philly/Pens series was most watched opening series in many years for the NHL.

    Everybody knows the NHL playoffs are the best thing to watch out of the 4 major sports.

    Only sport that is better that I can think of is the FIFA World Cup.

    Having teams like FLA, Nashville, Wash, St. Louis adds interest to a growing market base.

    I think it's good for the league.
