I wonder how many people have their hands in Timmy's wallet ? I hope he holds on to some $$$ because it will be over for him soon. Will he be another bankrupt NFL 'star' in 10yrs ?

He is white, I highly doubt he will have the "hood rich" effect that most african american's who play either football or basketball have.

Not to be racist, but how many blacks have we seen go down this road? And how many whites? The statistics are more skewed than a game refereed by Tim Donaghy

Wow , look at what NBC Sports wrote:

Tebow picks WME over CAA for non-football deals

...one of the biggest potential marketing powerhouses in all of sports: Tim Tebow.

    Now John Elway chimes in:

Broncos VP Elway hopes Tebow is long-term QB
    AP Sports

INDIANAPOLIS (AP)—Denver Broncos vice president John Elway said he hopes Tim Tebow is the team’s long-term solution at quarterback. It was a step beyond Elway’s statement at season’s end that Tebow would be the starter going into training camp.

I wouldn't say hoping is a step beyond. Pretty wishy-washy. You won't hear GB, NO, NE, etc etc. saying they HOPE their QB is a "long-term solution". Of course he hopes that. What GM/owner wouldn't hope their current starter can get the job done long-term. Hoping is different from expecting or believing. Sounds to me like "well, i'm not sure he is the long-term solution, but i hope he is". Why would he hope he wasn't? Elway is not stupid. IN reality, he knows Tebow isn't the answer, but giving himself cover by hoping, so he;s not accused of not giving him a shot.

Exactly...Whoever drafts Luck or Griffen will say the same thing. Can't read anything into that.

Tim Tebow trade hits snag, deal with New York Jets could be off

    Broadway, no?
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the deal between the Denver Broncos and New York Jets to send Tim Tebow to the Big Apple has hit a snag that could nullify the blockbuster trade.
The two teams reportedly agreed to the deal before the Broncos requested that the Jets pay back salary and bonuses that were already paid to Tebow.

"Tim Tebow has $5 million worth of recapture language," Schefter tweeted, "meaning Jets would have to pay back money to Denver. Jets might be unwilling."
Multiple sources have indicated that the Jets front office agreed to the deal and then raised objections after thoroughly reading the contract.

I hope this doesn't go through and give the Kid a fair chance in Jacksonville. I was hoping Denver could get Chad Henne from the Jags for Tebow.
