    Browns @ Lions - Aug 18th

    Lions To Brown Bag Cleveland

Concerns on their O-line and a pathetic effort by the Browns in their first preseason game has the Lions looking good as the favorites.

Cleveland has had major concerns in camp on their offensive line. Their starting center was lost to injury in July and his replacement left camp for unknown reasons two days before last week's 20-7 loss at Philly.

Although just a preseason game, Cleveland managed only 47 yards on the ground and less than 180 yards of total offense. Detroit is coming off a 20-13 win over Denver last week, and new head coach Rod Marinelli will try to keep the winning ways going despite not having talented wideout Charles Rogers in this one due to a knee injury.

With a shaky QB situation, and Detroit's desire to win with a compliment of decent QB's, and a deep stable of WR's the offense clearly favors the Lions who should win by 5-7 points this Friday Night.

    Play: Lions -2½
