    didn't the Pats give up the 4th most yards in NFL history this year? They were historically bad and that secondary can't cover to save their lives.

    bellichek will not allow him to guard Cruz. There is a 0 percent chance that Bill will allow this. Edelman was torched on the 3-5 plays he guarded Boldin, especially at the end of the game which nearly cost the Pats. Bill shall see this on film and assign Edelman to a 4th string wideout. Arrington or Mccourtey will guard Cruz obviously........

    Why was Edelman on Boldin?

    The problem is that its extremely hard to have one of your top 2 CBs covering the slot. The Giants will be able to force NE's hand formationally.

    Probably also worth mentioning that McCourtey has been playing safety.
