I think the main factor in this line is that many people figure CIN either cannot win (4 L's in their last 5) or will not (given up hope, whatever). However, I would argue that facing PIT/BAL/PIT/HOU and CLE (their win) is one of the toughest five game stretches possible for any team this year. They are relatively healthy (for this time of the season) and are facing the STL Rams. STL's record speaks loudly but so does their baffling play-calling decisions recently (see the SEA game) and even their decision to play Bradford in my opinion. Run through all the stats and other than the STL pass defense overall CIN comes out handily ahead. If you keep in mind CIN's recent quality of opposition and figure that they haven't just given up on the season just yet I think you'll find them a great wager at less than a TD. Cheers
