If there was ever a week to fade the Packers, this is it...

    Assuming Palko doesn't start...

    Jennings out...

Chiefs have frustrated some good teams on defense this year for stretches (Steelers and Pats)

    Might rain and be windy...

Packers now know staying healthy much more important than winning by 30+...

Chiefs playing for new coach (Crennel)

Something to keep an eye on...

    Chiefs +13.5 right now...

I agree. It really depends on Palko. If he plays, it could be picks galore. If Orton gets the start, I may be on KC.

Do people just post stuff to hear themselves speak and get a reaction? I dont get it? What on earth has shown you over the last ohh lets say 18 or so football weeks that warrants a strong play against this team? Absolutely nothing! Your taking a wild shot in the dark here, very reckless wagering. What kind of serious money are you really willing to put on the line here, not much im sure of that. So stop with the careless posts. Ive made north of 5k betting on this team between this year and the end of last year

I think the effort will definitely be there for the Chiefs. Now that the head coach is gone, some players know that they are playing for their jobs. The problem is, the Packers talent is probably more than abundant to supersede any type of effort from Kansas City.

Seeing that the Chiefs offense output is rivaling that of Denver's and Jacksonville's, I would suspect he would bet an entire $5.00 on the Chiefs LOL!

C'mon Man! I agree with Statman. if you are saying "load up", at least tell us how much you're loading up with.

Greg Jenning might not be playing, but there is still Jermichael Finley, James Jones, Jordy Nelson, Donald Driver, Randall Cobb...Ryan Grant is starting to turn it on producing a running game, John Kuhn is a great 3rd down back and who ever else they got. Aaron Rodgers is winning games.

Also the last two weeks, the defense is starting to look solid as hell. Woodson getting picks, Matthews producing pressure, They're getting hotter as the season goes on.

    Kansas City are a mess...

Seriously, Greenbay or no play...Don't even bother wasting your beer money on KC

Packers TT O/U is where it's at. Made money week in and week out this season doing that (mostly overs and a couple unders).

KC did play Pittsburgh tough and those people are like Cleveland's fans....they just show up and scream their a$$ off no matter how bad the team sucks. I think KC has won 1 playoff game since the 70s. Orton could give them a boost since they have decent receivers. The weather could be a factor but I like Over if Orton goes. I lost Carson Palmer by a 1/2 fcn yard but I'm still 12-3 on props lately. Orton would be a great play since he'd probably be like 230 yards at the most and plenty of garbage time.

The time to fade the Packers was against the Giants, and the ship has sailed.

Pack hung almost 50 on a decent Raider team last week, without really trying.

Very Very Debatable at this point. Carson Palmer gets turned over more often than a porn chick. They were down 34-0 to Miami the week before. A double amputee has better hands than Heyward-Bey. I think KC moves the ball fairly well if Orton can go.

may I also make a side note that although the packers have cliched their division, they technically have not clinched home field advantage yet

they will need one of the next three games, they might try to close this thing out against kansas city so they can take the next 2 games easy

I can see a 27-16 type game with KC getting a very late TD to cover. Pack will probably dominate the game and seem to score when they want but in the end they try to get out of the game healthy. Remember, the goal is a Super Bowl Championship. Not an undefeated season however nice that would be for them.

I think GB is smarter than that! They saw how well it worked out for the Colts. I think they're trying to make history and the bye week is when you get your rest. No way in hell they lay down against Chicago or Detroit. Playing with half-a$$ effort in Rivalry games is a great way to get hurt.

GB -13.5 it's a new week & here's yet another another fade the Packers thread. They are 9-4 ATS.
Orton already got his ass kicked by GB this year lucky him he gets up his career INT total.

    Take KC &

I forgot about that game. Orton threw for 273 with 3 tds/3 picks but that was before Denver got the Holy Spirit of the Gridiron that renders all opponents retarded in the last 5 minutes.

statistically you should just blindly bet gb every week ats, you win more than lose. chiefs ats is a risky bet

LOL, already just like clockwork already coming out with their excuses to bet against the Packers. Each and every week they say this is the week and each and every week they may as well just wipe their ass with the money they use to bet against the Packers.

    Slow your fukkin roll Pal...

I've been telling people all year Rodgers is the best player in NFL history and betting against him is a bad idea...

This is the first week I have even mentioned it...

Go ahead and put your IRA on the Packers... The Chiefs are a QB away from being a solid team... Anybody with half a clue can see this...

The Packers right now are the best team in NFL history period. Even Bill Cowher said so and I'll go out on a limb and say he knows a little more about football than you.

When Barber got shoved out of bounds I almost fell off my chair. The broncos were the the last play on a five team teaser that I thought was dead.
Orton might put up 17 pts but GB will score over 31 & possibly in the high 40's. betting kc is a risky prop at best.
    -------------------TO THE OP----------------------
Houston & tennesee & the jets & the cards are all better ats plays than KC

Best team in history is a bit of a stretch.

    1962 Packers
Vince Lombardi, Bart Starr, Paul Hornung, Jim Taylor, Max McGee and Boyd Dowler, a great offensive line, the power sweep, and a defense that held opponents to less than 11 points per game.
Pack won their first four regular season games by a combined score of 109-14, then decided to start playing.

    15 and 1 1985 Bears?
The greatest defense that ever lived, and some dude named Sweetness in the backfield.
456 points scored to 198 allowed.
Playoffs never challenged, beat the Pats in the SB by what? 100 points (or so it seemed)

    1972 Dolphins?
