Saints closed 9 last year vs Seattle on the road. Obviously SF light years better than last yrs Seattle however this is a better Saints team as well who's stock is rising bigtime in the market currently being that every time they are on TV they light someone up. 62-7, 49-24 and 31-17.

Saints are -3.5 on the road this week(if playoffs closer to 6) vs a Tenn team that can't be rated more than a point or 2 lower than SF currently in the market.

    SF -4.5 in San Fransisco.

I think the Saints win this matchup, but to those thinking NO would be favoured by 3+ @ SF... seriously?

In a head to head matchup New Orleans would CRUSH Baltimore. The 49ers are better then Baltimore despite losing that game in Baltimore.

Would be a crazy game with a ton of variables...

Would it be windy in San Francisco? How would that effect Brees?

Would Niners shorten the game with solid running game and keep Brees off the field?

Would Saints jump out to big lead on "3-4 rush defense" of Niners and force Alex Smith to play catch up?

Anything can happen in this game...

Saints go to Baltimore and Crush the Ravens? I don't think so. Maybe in the dome.

Baltimore/SF/N.O. are almost all even as far as books care.

So the Saints would be favored by 7 on a neutral field and -10 at N.O.? You're way off!

    SF -3 or 4

Sign me up for that free jersey. I was gonna say EV, but SF -1 so I can get the jersey.

I'll take an Alex Smith jersey, #11 SF. Thanks.

saints will easily cover 3... but vegas knows the average bettor is too stupid to see that the niners have not beaten a good team yet this year, and that they got smashed by the one good team they did face in balt, so they will be slight favs

    if they are smart...

idk, the average bettor will see a 13-3 team playing at home vs a team with a worse record..

i know ill be all over it though... no disrespect to the niners, they have done an amazing job this yr.. just dont think they are ready for bigtime football quite yet... still think it may take a qb change to take that next step

As a Niners fan I would say the Saints -1 to -2.5 or so. Yes the Niners may have a better record but Schedule strength the Niners had an easier one.

Just hope that Smith can keep playing mistake free football.......

Considering the saints lost LAST year I would have to go all in on (ml) the 49ers or whomever they are playing this year. I guess I'm confused what last years performance and outcome has to do with this years line and potential outcome.
