first year NFL head coaches and O/U's

look at all the first year head coaching we have comming into the NFL this year:

    Gary Kubiak
    Eric Mangini
    Rod Marinelli
    Brad Childress
    Mike McCarthy
    Sean Payton
    Scott Linehan

i feel there is a big edge in betting the over/unders early in the season. lets face facts here, these rookie head coaches are gonna make some mistakes, so why not take advantage of it

Yes, there will be mistakes, but in which direction? O/Us are pretty tough to pick early in the season because there is little information to go on (preseason is a pour indicator). Traditional thinking is that defense is ahead of offense early, but linesmakers account for this thinking. I am going to do a quick study of week one and two O/Us to see if any trends emerge but I think it's best to avoid wagering totals early on...
