    Typical Grossman.

1st and 10 at the Miami ten and he throws it right to three lineman for the interception. God, I hate him!!!

How many years can one team blow at the position before they make a move??? It's a pretty important role on the team and the skins just don't get it...

How about if he just throws to any ficking redsking let alone a specific one.. Ripped hi in today's Aritcle. would love to know your thoughts

I (and countless others) have said all season that Rex Grossman is not a pro QB, proven by the fact that he took his team inside the 10 yard line three times and managed only 6 points total. Washington may as well have a woman under center because everytime they’re in the “Red Zone” all you can count on is erratic behavior while you’re wanting to choke him while screaming "you’re going to bankrupting me you bitch!”

read the whole article and please leave me some feedback...

Very colorful descriptions in the article Geno. I agree that Grossman is an absolute joke (as is Beck and more problematic Shanahan). However, I would put MIA in virtually the same league-therefore this entire game would have been like trying to predict the winner of two blind men having a knife fight. Some games are unbettable and this was a prime example. Cheers

Did the Redskins have a 1st round pick from this previous draft? Seems like they could have gone after a qb not only in the 1st round but later rounds.

They did (Ryan Kerrigan) who is panning out in a big way. Now, to your question/post Shannahan thought that he could "get by" with Grossman and Beck and as such, they didn't make a play for a QB. They undoubtedly will this next draft (they should be in the top ten again with 4 solid QB prospects coming out).

Yep, solid analysis. They were probably hoping that one of Gabbert/Locker/Ponder would fall to them, but it didn't work out that way. Same deal with Dalton/Kaepernick in the second round where they ended up taking DT Jarvis Jenkins. Even Ryan Mallett in the 3rd round was taken just a few picks above where the Redskins picked WR Leonard Hankerson. I guess they could have been more aggressive in trades to move up a few spots to take one of these QBs.

Even further criticism might be about why they are only carrying 2 QBs on the roster. Given their precarious QB situation going into this season it seems like they should have at least drafted a late round QB to develop as a #3 QB. I guess they've got a guy on their practice squad named Jonathan Crompton, but guys on the practice squad are there for a reason. Nevertheless, he can't be any worse than Beck/Grossman. LOL

Thanks for the note, man. I have no idea, I was just data mining the depth chart out of curiosity.

So, I guess it really is true guys on the practice squad are there for a reason.
