Why are Bears a slight fave over Bucs??

Does London take that much of a home field advantage? I think if this game is in Raymond James Stadium it is no lower than Bucs -4. What am I missing? Who is injured that I don't know about? Fill me in please.

    Probably -3 in Tampa.

The line is basically a pk'em so it's meaningless unless it hits a key number.

Cutler is playing great....never thought I would type those words. I could see the Bucs giving that porous Bear offensive line a lot of problems. But as long as Cutler is playing this well the Bears will win some games.

Who won 11 games last year? The Bears? Or the Bucs? What does last year have to do with this line?

Who have the Bears lost to that makes you think this is a bad team???

All this team does is win and people think they suck...

Their only major flaws are pass protection on the road and they don't have an elite wide out...

Other than that, they are a very good all around team...

who have the bears beat this season? Carolina, Vikes and Falcons a combined 5-13. Lets not get carried away this line is where it should be.

Bears used a lot of 5-step drops last week, which is very promising.

Tampa has been in London since Monday and Chicago is on a plane today. Say what you want, but a 6 hr time difference is hard to adjust to regardless if the start time is 1PM EST. Remember, these teams are heading east, not west.

Chicago played a night game last week and they are playing a night game on Sunday. You do realize the game is at 6pm London time.

That's why I stated 1PM EST start time. Chicago played a night game in the same time zone last week. Not the same as playing in a time zone 6 hours away. Traveling (jet lag) does have an effect on your body.

I like the Bucs in this one. The defense is just so fast and the return of Tenard Jackson sparked them last week, he is a difference maker. Hester will not have 2 long TDs again so how do they score points?

one bad game doesn't define a team's season.

Bears scored 12 on the Saints D.. not impressed. Forte can't do it all

Like the Bears in this one. They used a lot of different looks last week e.g bringing in extra TE's, having the RB chip more often, and it seemed to really ignite the Bears offense. The big problem before (as espn and everyone knows) was the O-Line. Also, Cutler has looked great the last 2 weeks also (even against Detroit).

Guys, guys... Do any of you remember what happened to the Bucs when they visited the 49ers?

The Bears run their own version of the Tampa 2/ Cover 2 that shut down the Bucs passing game. Yes there were turnovers on the Bucs part and they fell behind early, but with that said the Bears are anchored by another great MLB like that of Willis, expect them to get some turnovers on Sunday. These teams are separated by one game in the W-L area, and both teams are coming off good wins yet Blount is still hampered by that injury, and while Graham is good the Bears are not going to give up big plays on defense like the Saints. The Bears turned in a full-team victory on Sunday: Offense, Defense, and Special teams. Regardless what you think of the Bears offensive line woes, they still have weapons on defense, and STILL the best return man in Hester.

So this line is based on the bears kicking the crappy out of the vikings? Who hasn't done that in the past 21 Viking games?

forte appears to have put on some muscle and improved his power running game. he is still deadly catching the ball out of the backfield. Bucs have not been too good this season. i thought this line would be bears -3.5 to -7

Bears favored by that much based on what Sherlock? Beating the falcons, panthers or vikings?

Bears are underrated. Very much so.
