Atlanta is too talented for Tampa Bay.

Public betting on home team, line should be Atlanta -3.
Most critical player out for Atlanta is DT Babineaux.
This is the team that knocked out Vick and rallied back
for a major victory 6 days ago, they are certainly not
one of my favorite upper-tier teams, but they are an
upper-tier team, and Tampa is not.

This is the kind of game Atlanta pads its win column with.

Take the Falcons, they are undervalued here.

Atlanta is spent emotionally and TB has the revenge factor working for them.

LOL at the public being on Tampa Bay here. Just cause you make stuff up doesn't mean its true.

I'm not taking Atlanta, I got them in a 7 point teaser. No way in hell does TB win this game by more than a touchdown

ok it's light but most books have Tampa favored by 1 or 1.5, this is
after the line opened at pk. Greek has Tampa at -2.5.

The line opened at pick em with tons of action on atlanta...and the line moved significantly in tampa's favor. What does that tell you. Talent doesn't always win out especially when the falcons just won their super bowl last week. Tampa will give it everything they got against a flat falcon team.

it tells me a few things, like :

    1. You blindly trust bet data provided by the same offshore books who
    exist to take your money.
    2. You don't know how to interpret Line Movement properly, because you believe
in fairy-tale "RLM" which is total BS. The Lines are set at the Vegas casinos,
they do not divulge their betting data, but they do set and move lines. The
LM says more MONEY (not the worthless "number" of bets you see from the
offshores, but the MONEY amount is on Tampa.
    3. You need to understand Early action at offshores is mostly sharp. That's
because it's the daily bettors and cappers who spend their time betting
offshore, not late in the week or gameday when the recreational street bettors
    whose move the line.
    4. None of this really matters, because Sharps and Squares win Equally in the end.

Good luck with Tampa, you will lose

Not a chance in hell that the majority of people who bet 1k+ per game for a living would take ATL here

I try not to bet based off line movement and what team is getting pounded by the public or vice versa. I say watch the games and trust what your eyes see and my eyes say Atl is the better team.

you guys on ATL are hilarious... What QB would you rather have in the 4th qtr...Josh Freeman...he is clutch...Matty ice overrated... Bucs out for revenge..could win by.double digits....please dont talk about the eye test because u must have not watched ATL get beatdown vs mediocre bears...and were lucky vick got hurt.....u must b watching last years games...minus that joke of a playoff game

Tease atl + 7.5 if u dont like the +1.5. Tb is for real but dont forget they had to have a comback last week as well. Dont buy the emotional bs. Atl played phi tough and won (yeah vick got knocked out) but if u know nfl it was a matter of time before that happened. Atl d is dialed in again. It will be close but turner and the play action will catch tb. No come back for them this year
Give me the work horse turner and ryan down the stretch and the points.
    Whatever u play bol

How bone-headed can you be? You just said exactly why ATL won that game and you think QB injuries happen all the time? Jesus christ just post more so the world knows to slam TB huge this game lolol

^ lol Vick isn't just a QB hes Michael Vick. he was bound to get injured as soon as we saw how bad the Eagles offensive line was in week 1. that's a lot different than another QB getting injured that doesn't run around and have a crappy offensive line.

You totally missed the point and then u resorted to name calling. Do u realize that o-line is the most important part of an offense? As far as qb hurt all the time, have we not seen just this year how manning's loss is hurting their team? How many qbs have we seen go down with torn acls? Just last week vick got hurt, ben had a scare. Look at cutler getting pancaked bc poor chi o-line. Do you know vick has only played one entire season? The others he has been hurt? And phil o-line is not so solid and compound that w vicks mobility and exposing himself to hits by lb that outweigh him by at least 50 lbs? It suprises me how people put their hard earned money without doing just a little homework.
In addition this forum is to hear all points of veiw and then go after the book, not each other. Just bc someone disagrees w u is no reason to get childish. With that being said, man u r dumb. Not bc we disagree on the pick, that i respect. Just that u have no idea how important an o-line is. None the less bol.

Atlanta is surely a good tease also.. I'm liking Buffalo getting 7.5-8
teased up. Pats backfield will be without starting safety Patrick Chung,
and we all know Fitzy can paste a dopey backfield. Haynesworth
    and Hernandez also out.

btw, all CBS Experts choose Atlanta to win.

Have you ever watched a falcons game before? They have offensive talent but their offense is so vanilla that it doesnt matter. Mattiocre is overrated. Plus their o-line blows
