Monday Night Football
So we go to the BIG APPLE where the Rams come to town to take on the Giants.
Everyone was high on the Rams coming into the season, and it's easy to see why with a stud Quarterback, stud RB, and some stud young playmakers. However, if you follow my plays you will have seen that our system sniffed the Rams out from the very beginning, as the Eagles -4.5 was our PLAY OF THE WEEK last week, with the Eagles/Rams OVER the total following it closely.
So you say, but what about the Giants? They got torched by the Skins last week, and are known as slow starters. 0-2 even in their Super Bowl season!! So you want some action on the game tonight, but don't know what side?!!
Well in a lot of these Monday night games, my system takes the night off because Vegas puts out a bad line for the public. Well, tonight is NOT one of those nights.
The oddsmakers have made a HUGE mistake tonight with the line, and we can capitalize on it with two HUGE plays.
It seems most people say the UNDER is the play tonight, with two subpar offenses, and a lot of players banged up both ways. Well we will let the touts 'tout' away, and use our system to make the best selection for tonight.
Giants D is banged up big time, so this opens the door for the Rams go score right? But the Rams are injured on offense ya say, Bradford hurt his finger again like (no nail polish till Week 5), and Steven Jackson is hurt again (IMAGINE THAT)!! So this means both teams with struggle to a 17-14 game....right?
Rams cover and and game goes UNDER and we all win money.
Well lets not forget this game is on the biggest stage, we have a coach who wins big games in Tom Coughlin and still finds time to run multiple charities. Don't think this guy is prepared with an 0-2 staring him in the face? No no, not with that media pressure will he sit.
Well keep in mind the Rams are 4-0 ATS in their last four after giving up 150yds rushing in their previous game. This means they make adjustments and come back and play better D. Favors the under...right?
Also, in the rams last 5 games after they've rushed for 150yds, they are 5-0 UNDER the total. Wow, what a nasty combination!!
So they give up a ton of rushing yards, then make adjustments the next week and cover the spread. They also come off a top rushing performance by pounding the rock again and playing ball control to maintain momentum. This leads to them covering the spread and staying under the total. So go put your $$ on the rams....right??
BUT WAIIIITTT!!! As Chris Berman says, no one circles the wagons like the...wait nevermind.
What about this?!?!?
Giants 8-3 ATS in their last 11 week 2 games!! Many under Coughlin...
And 4-1 ATS in their last 5 monday games!!
But they are an abysmal 3-7-1 in their last 11 home games of a favorite of 3.5-10.
Hakeem Nicks is 'hurt' right? Well this guy is one of the top 10 playmakers in the league not playing the QB position week in and week out, and is responsible alone for 3-4 pts in a spread if he's healthy.
Eli is determined to prove he is 'elite' like his brother and Tom Giselle Brady, like he said a few months back.
If you got this thing when the spread was 3.5 - 6.5, you can go to bed at 8pm EST and feel great.
According to our system, the Giants should be 11-14 point favorites here, thus making -7 still the bargain of the week!!! Buy a 1/2 point if ya want!!!
THE PLAY TONIGHT IS NEW YORK GIANTS -6.5 (OR 7).
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. Everyone wants to hammer the under, and thats fine. Both teams stink...right?
Nope, this one will FLY over the total.
OUR TOTAL PLAY IS STL/NYG OVER 44!!
We are looking at a 34-21 Giants victory tonight, and everyone can sleep well.
pts are appreciated, feedback is loved even more.
GOODNIGHT SBR!
