They need to change the rule of "going to the ground". If you have established two feet in and are touched and then tackled, you should be considered a runner and the ground cannot then cause a fumble, since that is what it is. That (and Johnson's last year) should be touchdowns, and according to the rule, you can even legitimately call it that.
