The under 7.5 is a safe pick. Since Peyton Manning isn't playing, the Colts may have a hard time moving the ball by pass plays. This results in a running game by the colts which means the time on the clock will be juiced down on every play. Meanwhile, the Colts' defense may have to work extra hard to hold off the Texan's offense (something that they are good at). I am anticipating a very low scoring game overall, but because most football games start out gradually slow, the under in the 1st quarter should be be ignored.
