    ttwarrior's fantasy football rankings

updates: don't draft colston unless falls big time. Both knees are bothering him after 2 surgeries in the off season

    QB
    1 Vick
    2 A rodgers
    3 P rivers
    4. D brees
    5 p manning
    6. tom Brady
    7. Mathew stafford: yep got him 7 as long as healthy
    8. Tony romo
    9 Big ben
    10 M schaub
11 matt ryan: love ryans value where he goes in leagues
    12. Josh freeman: only draft him if you get a good backup
    13. Sam Bradford: top 5 potential
    14. Jay cutler: alot of td, if your league doesn't take off for int, stud pick
    15. Eli manning: Great backup , bye week replacement
    16. J flacco: will have games he doesn't do alot. Don't draft as main starter
    17. Kevin Kolb
    18 D mcnabb
    19 m cassell
    20 M sanchez
    21 k orton

Nothing wrong with taking any of those guys from 12 to 21 and start whoever has the best matchups.

I still say wait on qb and take a rb wr or wr rb with your 1st 2 picks and have 2 rb and 2 wr on your team after 4 picks unless you can get rivers in round 3 or p manning in round 4.

tight ends: don't take a te early, get those rb and wr 1st
Even a top tight end like gates will have games where he gets 0 pts, all the top guys have injury issues and most have better options. Gates has vj back. Rodgers spreads it around alot, etc

    1 A gates
    2 jason witten
    3.d clark
    4. J finley
5 j graham: my fav tight end to draft for value
    6. o daniels
    7 v davis
8 b celek: alot dont like him, i do, when vick struggles to go long he will check down
    9. b pettigrew
    10 greg olsen
    11 r gronkowksi
    12. Tony G

    Rb;
    1 A foster
    2 Ap
    3 Cj
    4 J charles
5 Mendenhall: will catch more this season and will get over 300 rushes
    6. ray rice
7 l mccoy: only like in a ppr
    8. MJD: needs to stay healthy: don't recommend him without a backup plan
    9. M Turner: non ppr, excellent 2nd round pick: 3rd round ppr
    10. D mcfadden: one of m bust picks: don't like him
    11. S jackson; ppr only: if he falls in a good spot take him in either
    12. F gore: i saw his injury last year: scares me some. Good ppr pick but wouldnt overpay for him
    13. Matt forte: Love him, excellent for ppr as well
    14. L blount: could bust or be great. Id take him round 3 only
    15. A bradshaw; ppr only, non ppr let him fall
    16. beanie wells: its all they got , if you get him in the right spot, well worth the gamble
    17. P hillis: won't run as much, like him in a ppr. Do you really want him as your #1 rb? The KKK
don't even draft him in round 1 or early 2
    18. S greene: my bust pick: don't like him, can't catch : goes too early in drafts
    19. J best: great ppr pick. otherwise stay away
20 felix jones: I don't really like his durability, will have some good games, others not so much
21 r mathews: should of ranked higher: i like his value late in round 4
    22. K moreno: won't be on any of my teams: better options
    The rest
For non ppr M ingram, c benson , deangelo, lynch , tolbert, jacobs , all good picks but please
get a better 2nd rb before taking any of these
If you have 2 stud wr and a stud rb then one of these as your 2nd rb is ok.
Jacobs had 9 td last year with a bad season and will improve
Lynch will be playing in 2 tight end sets and could get a few more td

    PPr leagues
R bush, r grant, fred jackson, all ok players. I would only want them as bye week replacements

If you draft foster get ben tate late

If at all possible : if you have 1st 2nd 3rd 4th pick: take foster, ap, cj, charles and come back
in round 2, if fitz or v jackson is there , take them and then take forte, blount, turner if there if fitz or
    vj is gone

If you have a late 1st round pick: take mendy if there, if not I would go rb wr or wr rb taking your choice of mjd, mcfadden, gore, turner, s jackson, forte along with one of the top wr

If your dead set on taking vick or a rodgers make sure to take a rb in round 2

On the QB list, I agree Sam Bradford has major potential. Kevin Kolb should be higher on the list. Fitzgerald signed a killer contract...bigtime numbers.Drop Flacco a bit, raise Orton if he stay's starter, Phillip Rivers is the best but I don't know how they score your league (Vick should dropoff a bit)

Don't like Big Ben. He's not a stats guy, he's a winning QB. (would put Schaub higher)Good List regardless.

i can go along with that. I only like vick if he can get rushing td. Kolb has potential to go higher but they just don't pass that much.

Ben isn't a stats guy but he did miss 4 games last year and will be throwing more than normal. Steelers are no longer a real conservative team , he has more weapons

Schaub in round 6 or 7 in drafts is a steal.

I got the 9 pick in my draft sunday and plan on going mendenhall, fitz or vj, then comeback with Rivers or s jackson. Neither get respect in my local leagues.

Since we draft qb, rb rb, wr, wr, wr, te , flex k d , people tend to wait on qb since 3 rb or 4 wr are needed to start.

I don't know the scoring of your league. Taking Fitzgerald would be a priority if QB's go late. Remember, Rivers targets are healthier this year. I would snatch him in a second. Mendenhall is great but he's a grinder (not looking at stats but I don't even think that he ran 4 yards per carry).

The Kansas City coach is a fool. He distributes the ball carrying 50/50 with Charles and Thomas Jones. Charles would be a beast if he was the sole carrier. Ran for 6.4 yards per carry last season. If Jones got hurt or didn't play, Jamaal Charles would be at the top of my list but Foster is great.

Ahmad Bradshaw is a bigtime fumbler, Jason Witten would be number 1

Brady at 6 is a joke. At worst he's 3rd behind Rodgers and Vick but he should be 2nd behind Rodgers and Vick 3rd. He's an elite fantasy QB and his weapons this year are 07 like.

list of guys that will help u win it all

1.S holmes: Jets. he's been drafted as if he will only match last years stats. Don't forget he missed 4 games, they lost cotchery, b edwards and sanchez is his favorite receiver. If you can go rb rb wr wr, i wouldnt hesitake to take holmes in round 4.
Alot of people will draft according to magazine or site rank so keep a close eye on where he is ranked and maybe he can fall

2 Ryan Mathews: they didn't draft him early for nothing. He can catch and looked great last game. You can't stack the box against the chargers and he won't be an elite stud but great value in round 4 especially in a ppr

    3. Beanie Wells: can't believe i just typed that but kolb will throw alot of short dump passes to him and he is all they got. If you draft him and he fails then so be it. you should have 2 rb ahead of him already in your draft on your team

4 M stafford: see k orton last year; has calvin, best, good system, improved line. Just make sure to draft a kolb, bradford for insurance . Like the latter as well

    5. Mario Manningham: steve smith is gone, nicks will get more double teams. check out his stats last year and you'll see why he is great value this season

    6. Jimmy graham: shockey is gone, played great the last few games he started. Very athletic with good hands

    7. Vincent jackson: stud, nuff said. If you can get him in round 3, u just won your league

    8. P harvin: someone has to catch in minnesota> hasn't had a migraine in months

    9. Drafting a d in 2nd to last round. Don't waste a pick on defense in rounds 8-11 like alot of teams are doing. I like eagles, new orleans d because of return td's and like the giants now as well

thomas jones won't run crap this year, they would cut him if they could. Fitz is averaging around pick 15, but in mags that people show up with on draft day, he won't that high on the list

I think Shiancoe will be a nice sleeper at TE, McNabb loves dumping off to his TE's and Shiancoe has the skillset to produce.

I don't know, was doing an article an KC coach said that he want's to keep Charles healthy. He actually stated that people only care about Charles for fantasy league purposes and that it was a team game. Thomas Jones got into an altercation with a teammate. Who knows, maybe he'll "x" himself out of the equation but I'm just telling you what I know. 6.4 yards per carry is unreal for Charles while Jones is below 4. The coach is a fool. I don't know how everything in your league works but Fitzgerald and Kolb are already connecting. Fitzgerald is a respectable guy that's intelligent with major potential. I think that he's going big this season. Good luck with your league

He said in other thread Hightower shouldn't even be drafted but that is insane he could have 1900 total yards this year, only weakness is fumbles could put him in the doghouse possibly

Took Charles, Mendenhall,Turner and Manning with my first 4 picks in my NFFC Online Championship 12 man league last night. Took Freeman as my backup QB in round 10. Would you still have gone RB, WR, RB, WR first 4 rounds tt? PPR league.

Manning 5th Qb over Shaub at 10? Manning might not even play the 1st few weeks.

Might not play even longer than that cuz they were trying to sign Matt Haselbeck before he signed with Tennessee, that right there tells Peyton is hurt more than they are leading on. Hasselbeck is a starter, not a backup like Kerry Collins

What about Jared Cook at TE. 6-5 240 lbs and runs a 4.5 40 yd. Looked great at the end of last year once he was named the starter.

rackers is a very good kicker, if i dont get henery i want rackers.

Jared cook, great sleeper pick, playing well in pre season . One reason why i say wait for a tight end. Get one late and cook as a backup

everybody always wants the kicker from the en vogue team of the summer...the one everybody predicts will have the explosive offense......that guy rarely ends up as the best fantasy kicker.....everyone was all over crosby and hartley in years past

tt - I'll pay you points if you do my live draft for me on Monday I think it is. I'm paying money to enter this thing with some friends so I need a good team.

    Mines Sunday.

The Draft is half the fun Shari. I think you would do great on your own.
