they seem to be improving but they had a weak draft so it really depends what they do in free agency to see if theyll actually have a shot at making the playoffs next year
I don't see how they've improved. You gotta figure McFadden is going to get hurt in there. Their QB situation is very 'blah'. At least bottom 10-15 in the league right now. I'd have to look at their schedule, but I think 7 wins is their high end. With 6 wins being more realistic.
good young team that has a good running back, two good wide receivers, and a solid defense.
had a very good draft where they picked up some key defensive players >>> a couple of good shutdown corners and a couple defensive lineman.also managed to add a little offensive line
i think there is plenty to be excited about for this team and they are essentially a QB signing away from being a legitimate 10 win playoff contender.
dont sleep on the raiders , people are underestimating them but as soon as they get a QB they will be dangerous!
I suppose anything can happen in the AFC West. Denver should still be down. KC about maxed out. SD is a wildcard with a lot of holes and some free agents likely to leave. I wouldn't say the division is wide open, but the Raiders need to sign Miller at LEAST and maybe pick up a couple of solid players in free agency to compete.
The whole thing with free agency eligability and open market free agency makes everything really up in the air. Oakland could be losing 2 of it's top 5 players to FA out of the gate. Hard to improve a team when that happens.
