With you on all except Cincy, Jax, and AZ... Why aren't you betting SD -4 to beat NE? That's one of my favorite picks of the week. Don't count on the over there though -- Just because Cassell finally had an OK week last week doesn't translate to him puttin gup big numbers against Jammer and Cromartie.

Den -4 should cover, they haven't cover in 4 straight they're due for one against a beat up Jax team.

Tampa Bay -1 Carolina will struggle against this good defensive team on the road like they did in Minnesota.

I like Seattle w/ out hasselbeck too. Here is why:

Holmgren had his worse loss in forever. He is not going to let that go. Plus he is playing a former team.
Hawks Deffense is playing at home, which they play like allstars. To make up for last week they are going to be all over the GB. Rogers is playing hurt and I predicting Kerny (4 sack) to kock him out of the game.

Offense- sure Matt is out, J.Jones plays very good at Qwest field and facing a very injured packer defense he is going to be huge. Packers player makers are hurt. AJ Hawk- shoulder. Woodsen - toe and on.

I see seattle win- I would love to take them, if they become under dogs.. I am waiting on sunday to see if they will be pk or Dogs at home.

If TB had a QB then I would agree with you, but Brian Grease is starting and against Panthers Secondery thats not good. Panthers Deffense is very good, TB is not going to be able to run the ball like they did last week on injurd packers.

These are my locks. For some weird reason since the start of the season when I call them locks I hit a high percentage of the games. It's my rabbit's foot.

I don't think that Cincy will hang within a toughdown of the Jesters. New York is traditionally good off the bye, and Hairy Palmer isn't in good health.

Cincy is going to be without a HEALTHY Palmer and the Jets are rounding into form. Jets will cover this one by at least a touchdown. Jacksonville is going to get RAILROADED by Cutler this week IMO. They got embarassed by a shitty Roethliswhogivesashit last week and Cutler will at least drop 30 points on them this week

panthers havent giving up an offensive td in like 9 quarters and number 1 against the run so this might be a long day for the bucs.Plus when you have a freak like peppers its a plus.

i thought palmer was out? jets should cover

and i expect tampa to be much more effective with garcia, and carolina will struggle on offense.

    1. Jets defense will keep the game close for Bengals. Any team that gives up 5 TD's in a half should not be favored by 9 points. Ocho Cinco and Houshmandazeah will have a career day.

    2. Panthers defense will kill Tampa. Panthers offense is excellent now that Smith is back and Muhammad is playing great. Don't forget the double headed running attack.

    3. The AFC West is the worst conference. Jaguars will keep the game close and may win outright. Garrard will have a great game.

i live in carolina, and watch every panther game. the panthers are a jekyll and hyde kind of team. one week they will look like the best team in the league (last week vs kc) and the next the will look like the worst.

they may win today, but this is one of those spots where they get their butt kicked.
on the road against a division rival, against a tough defense, facing a mobile qb,

last season tb dominated car @car, but this was with carr at qb
the other game they played was a meaningless game for tb and tb still kept it close with their backups
