How to subscribe to a certain thread

After you subscribe to a thread, where do you go to view it?

The only reason I subscribe to a thread is to get immediate emails if someone posts to the thread. However, since SBR added the My Posts section to the forum, I haven't subscribed to a thread in a long time...

If you click the My Posts link then all the threads you posted to will show up, a nice little tool.

You select the thread and then you will see thread tools above the first post to the right. There is a drop down menu with the option to subscribe.
